This book is ideal whether you are new or experienced in NLP and fits the bill nicely if you are looking for genuine 'stuff' that makes the difference.This book written from the 'inside out' rather than from the 'edge' of Owen Fitzpatrick's life experiences really does captivate in more places than you would care to imagine and he connects on a level rarely seen from authors.Owen is a true genius when it comes to Charisma and all things Charismatic.He has put it all in simple and easy to understand terms in the chapters of this book.If you dive in rather than paddling at the sides, you will find the 'surge and propulsion' that will take you from being on the fringe or edge of the crowd at meetings and other gatherings, to being the centre of attention in the right ways if you want to be.Who wouldn't 'Want to Shine?' and you will feel Owen is with you every step of the way.You really want to make that difference? Then go buy this book.

I have read a lot of self help books. However this failed to interest me or grab my attention. A lot of the information was repeated throughout the chapter . I understand what the author was doing and why however it failed to grab me. I found it to be one of those books where you read it t because you want to see if it gets any more interesting or useful. But it didn't. The only semi useful information I took from this was a few points on presentations. However I could have probably found this information by using google. Basically the main points are act confident, look confident, take a interest in other people etc. Not really learnt much new ! Disappointing read and wouldn't recommend this. There are a lot better useful books out there.

Good read. Recommend to anyone who asks the question, can I be like that? I look forward to seeing the change.

I really felt this book would deliver a lot more than it did. Having read the sample pages, it seemed to promise a lot, but as I worked my way through the book I realised it was just a series of poorly written chapters with lots of questions and very little substance. Would get far more information about charisma reading a few biographies than anything in this book. Would not recommend.

Owen Fitzpatrick is quickly becoming one of my favourite voices in the NLP world. His view on NLP is refreshingly free of politics, mysticism and pseudo science that I see in the writings of other supposedly Master Trainers.This is a fantastic book for anyone looking to improve their communication skills.Absolutely fantastic :)

I was fortunate enough to have Owen do part of my NLP Master Prac in Scotland and I immediately went out and bought this book afterwards.Owen is beyond inspirational and his book is the same.Can't recommend it enough.

No comment. Why do I need to fill this out when I have already rated the goods above? The rating should speak for itself. Would I buy some more? Yes. There, that should fill up the space.

Very readable book and practical. The author's literary style is very engaging and I found the book to be an enjoyable and inspirational read.
