Stiff clips, but jacks are solid.
I ran a couple of cat 5/6 cables about 120' each throughout my house and getting wall plates with keystone jacks was the easiest option in my opinion to getting ethernet cable connected to the back side of the wall plate jack. What also played into my decision making is the fact that I already had an rj45 crimper but didn't have a punch down tool. So I crimped rj45 connectors onto the cable, plugged it into one of those keystone jacks, plugged that into the wall plate and mounted the plate. After everything was completed I did verify that my router was getting a full 1 gig connection, meaning all pins and wires had a good contact and no errors in transitions. About the only "issue" I ran into is, the clip on those jacks is very hard/stiff, and you really need to put some force down to insert those into the wall plates or especially if you want to pop one out cause you accidentally put it in upside down. Given all that, I have not broken any clips off, so I'm not taking any stars down for it.Lastly, I found a secondary use for them. You can use them as a coupler for two cables if for some reason you need a temporary extension to a short cable. I wouldn't use it as a permanent coupler and hide it somewhere deep in the wall, not that it couldn't handle it. But because all cable splices should be exposed and within reach. In case there is trouble in the future, diagnosing it is much easier that way.Anyway, I digress. I liked those jacks and if I need more, I wouldn't hesitate buying those again.

Good value
Great to have a couple of these in my Jack box, easy to move a terminal a few feet

Convenient and Easy but connection quality questionable
So I purchased a bag of 20 couplers, which only had 18 couplers when I opened it. Overall, the couplers look nice however they don't seem as sturdy as some other couplers I've used. I've also noticed that these couplers tend to lose connection with the out pins (1 or 8) if the cable gets slightly bumped. I had one location where the coupler/wire would get bumped for various reasons, and the connection would drop from 1gig to 100meg. I would have to physically unplug and replug the cable a couple of times to get it back to the 1gig connection. After replacing the connector a couple of times and having the same results, I replaced it with a more expensive coupler and the problem stopped. It seems that either the pins bend or the plastic connector doesn't hold the cable tight enough to keep all the pins connected. I had a second location where a laptop was used and the coupler connection seems to have connectivity issues about every tenth time the cable is pulled in. For now, 90% of them seem to work fine, however, it's only been three days since I installed these and it will be interesting to see how the coupler holds up to being plugged and unplugged a few times. Overall, they are easy to install, replace and seem to work well, my main concern is will they hold up to the mild usage or will I be replacing couplers to get the 1gb speeds consistently.

Easy to use, works well but 1/10 were damaged (pins bent, unable to repair)
Inexpensive and work well but 1/10 were damaged with ben pins that couldn't be unbent. Minus start is for the quality control.

Overall good, but.....
I ordered a pack of 10 but only received 8 in the package, 1 of which didn't work. Otherwise, they are good.

Flexibility of install options
Used these in my home lab where I previously just had been running the ethernet into the switch directly. Popped these into a blank patch panel and was able to clean up the look of my switch. Super simple to install and haven't had a single one that is bad.

these are very good ends and make deployments fast and easy
These are reasonably inexpensive but work very well. They speed up jack deployments significantly compared to traditional punch down female ends.

Excellent couplers
These are great little couplers and work very well in a standard blanked patch panel. the CAT6 standard remains intact and full 10GB over copper isn't affected.
