Have been using this Natural Ice Medicated Lip Protectant for 20+ years! Love the way it softens the lips while it heals chapping from sun, wind or cold! My grandchildren look forward to getting a couple in their Christmas stocking each year! Can't seem to find it in stores any more, but buy a 50ct pack about every 2 years! One in every pocket, on my nightstand, in my purse and in the car! Love it!

This is the king of lip protectant - There is a reason why I bought this quantity, and there is a reason why i have been using this product since 1995. The cherry flavor is always pleasant and never gets dull. The menthol feeling soothes continuously. The quality of the wax is top of the line and coats perfectly and lasts a long time thru harsh winters.

They changed the flavor and it is AWFUL!!! I have used this brand of chapstick for about 25-30 years. Why change something good?? It tastes like nasty fake cherry cough syrup!!

I’ve been a devotee to this lip balm for over 20 years. Imagine my horror upon receiving my latest box- THEYVE CHANGED THE FORMULA. It’s now super soft and crumbly and waxy. And the smell is....awful. Like a more medicinal smelling cherry chapstick. I write the company, and they claimed the usual “have to adhere to new guidelines”....Beyond disappointed.

Obviously this is the best chapstick in the world. I just pulled the last tube from the pack like this I bought about a decade ago. See you in another ten when I need more!

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 4. The scent of this product has changed for the worse. The cherry smells just like cherry chapstick brand. NOT good. Please bring back the old scent. I still think the texture is the same as it was...not dry and waxy like the chapstick brand...but smooth and silky.This is the BEST lip balm in the world! I ended up buying a supply to last me until he end of time because I am afraid of it being discontinued. It is so much smoother than the actual Chapstick brand, it's mentholated, and I love that. It not only protects your lips, but I think it actually helps the healing process of dry, cracked, or chapped lips. There is no color to it so you can wear it alone or even over lipstick. I highly recommend this product.

I agree with the other reviewer about using this stuff since the 80s. I too have used this since the late 80's and there has been a few tweaks along the way but this batch is not even the same product. I bought this exact box a year ago or so and it was different than the previous batch but it wasn’t that bad just seemed like less mentholatum. This time however not only does the mentholatum seem absent but if you’ve ever had the Chapstick brand cherry then this is a match for match for that product, just with a different label on it. Personally I don’t really like it will try to see if I can adapt since I have a whole freaking box of it but I can tell you now if you are thinking about getting this just know that it’s not going to be what you expect it to be.
