Work perfect for YESWELDER MIG 205-DS
I had purchased a yeswelder mig205-ds a while ago and set it up with flux core wire, unfortunately the only option with the welder is the mig nozzle/tip. I even emailed the company to find the flux core tip as I didn’t want to use the machine without any nozzle cover as I feared clogging up the gas vent holes. The company is no use due to comprehension issues as they kept referring me to the mig nozzles that come with the machine. I found one mention of these fitting the mig gun and bought them to try and I am happy to report that they fit the welder perfect (see pictures) the nozzle tip protrudes out 1/8” inch more than I’d like it to but it beats using the gun with regular gas/mig tip for flux core welding as flux core tip out only needs to be 1/8”-1/4”.

Fit the Tooliom 200 amp mig gun
They are a perfect fit and have matching threads for the Tooliom 200 amp Mig welder. They may also fit other import guns. I feel better having the gas ports protected in case I ever want to use mix. These tips also have a smaller profile than the local buy and cover all the brass at the end of the gun.I purchased a tip locally and it had no internal threads and was too large for the Tooliom gun. It also didn't cover all the exposed brass. These tips are perfect.

Pretty good, with caveat, from novice
I'm a new hobby welder, and got this for my Yeswelder MIG 205DS machine. It does appear to fit: it covers the threads and diffuser on the MIG gun that comes with the machine. However, it doesn't cover the full length of the contact tip (not sure if it's supposed to), which you have to be careful of: while the MIG tip this replaces is isolated from welding current, the contact tip of course isn't, and you *will* instantly pop the breaker if you bump the contact tip against the grounded work piece. Might actually switch back if I'm in a hurry and don't want to run to the breaker box repeatedly, at the expense of the improved visibility this tip offers. These are a hard plastic, not metal. Not sure which type of plastic: not marked and not obvious from inspection. I've done one small project with them so far and they seem to be holding up well so far, but my project was only about 5 joints welded total, on fairly thin flat bar, round bar, and angle iron, so definitely not a very rigorous test.

Quality surprise
When I ordered this torch I wasn't expecting much. I mean the price was so much less than everyone else, it had to be junk. To my surprise, this unit was built as well as any I've had, with the same top quality materials found in other, brand name torches. Hoods off to the manufacturer. I'll recommend this product to anyone who asks.

Does not Melt
This nozzle tip is great, have it on Lincoln HD 180 on 240v. on highest setting E with Gasless Flux-core .045 wire welding 5/8 steel outside on farm equipment an does not melt like the name brands Lincoln & Miller do. Went through 3/4 of 10lb roll and tip still looks very good. its made of some type of heavy high temperature polymer. Will buy more of these nozzle tips to keep on welding trailer the best ones I found yet for Magnum100L gun.

This works perfectly
As a replacement for the original, this works great. Wire flowed through it with zero kinks; gas flowed through it. About 1/5 of the cost of the "name brand" replacement.
