Awesome Bike!
The front fork arrived bent, but it was easily fixed. There was a crack in the plastic cap on the battery, but again, was easily fixed. I was missing the quick release mechanism for the front tire. When I contacted the seller about the issues, the customer service was really great. Responses were very quick. I was sent the missing quick release and a new cap for the battery. They sent me a video that walked me through how to fix the bent fork. Overall the customer service was quick, painless, and very pleasant.The bike itself is great. I’m able to get around so much quicker now. (Used to have to walk everywhere). I can still peddle with the peddle assist if I want, or just peddle it without the battery, or if I’m feeling too tired for peddling, I can just use the thumb throttle. I like the fact that when I use the peddle assist, I can still get exercise without wearing myself out before I even get to my destination. I highly recommend this bike to all my friends/family who may be interested in getting an ebike.

My First EBike
I have to change my review. I wanted to like this bike so much, but after a few weeks I started to have a technical problem and Error code 30 in the screen. Since Sep 3 I tried to contact the support but it is very difficult. They don't have any tracking system. Each time I have to start my story and troubleshooting form scratch. Someone from China contacted me via sms message and then disappear, all over again.After 2 months still nothing. I cannot use the bike and I dont really know what to do.Davide

Disappointed
The bike is nice. It arrived weeks later than expected. It has a moderate sized deep scratch, as pictured. And I did not get the front tire that I paid for. My front tire does not latch on as pictured. The most important thing is that there is no manual on how to operate the bike. I’m so disappointed noreply to several emails. So, although the bike looks good and rides nice I have to figure out how to safely operate it.

Scratched paint, no instructions, late delivery
The bike works and appears to be a good product - however, it arrived a week later than the latest date promised, and even though it was wrapped in foam sheets and the box was not dented, it had significant scratches to pant finish. Since the packaging was intact, I assume it was mailed in this condition. Also, it came with s as bsolutely no instructions or manual. Had to uTube how to assemble. But have no instruction or safety manual.

Pleased
Just put this together today and took it for a ride. Box was dined up some but no damage to the bike. No directions in the box but I viewed a video on how it goes together so no issues. Took about an hour to unpack and assemble.Bike is well made with good welds and quality parts. Rides as expected. I will add a suspension seat.

Rough start. Great bike
We love the bike! It works exactly the way we anticipated. We were very disappointed when the bike finally arrived after waiting for about 2 months without assembly directions and with a damaged part. We had to go through Amazonnt to get a video for assembly and it took a month to get the damage part replaced.
