I give this to my son and take it myself. It had a pleasant flavor, leaves a mint taste in your mouth for a bit but it's nice, not to strong. We are pleased with your product so far.

Only buy D3 if it has K2, K2 transfers it to the bones.

This product works well enough. I've researched all about Vit D, watched all the lectures, the top authorities on it, read all the clinical studies... really fascinating lol. Bottom line Vit D is non negotiable, & most are not getting enough. If you're sick, you need tons of it. I ordered it for inflammation and back pain in my kidney region & lower back. I also had low D levels... I suspected the back pain could be from low D. It was getting really excrutiating so much so I went to urgent care. I know for a fact I was super inflammed. They didn't find anything wrong, kidney's were fine...no bugs that cause UTI or other things in the culture. They wanted me to take antibiotics " just in case. " Well I don't play around with those drugs, it would have to be a life threatening infection before I use them. Anywho, I followed my intuition (& the science), & ordered the best I could find on here in the short amount of time & received it same day. I counted out a dose of 50,000IU's & did it twice daily. I probably could have just done it all at once but hey, that's what I did. By the next morning, the pain was melting away...& by the end of the day zero pain. Vit D became my new favorite friend, lol. In addition to that, my whole body felt great, I realized I had inflammation in my whole body that was no longer there. I had a little more energy & was feeling..." Happy." So it improved my mood as well. Id say it's a good value...most brands are eaily $30 & up with terrible ingredients. This product is clean & taste is fine for me, oily (obviously) & super light mint flavor, and drop form makes it very easy to ingest. I have another brand that I use that gives 1,000IU's per drop. But it stays sold out, this product is my back up. :) And yes, take your magnesium & zinc...even selenium for best results.

The addition of the peppermint really makes this palatable. I add it to my other herbs and it goes down easily. Can't speak to the absorption factor, but it seems to work for me. I have bought it repeatedly as part of my daily herbal concoction!

I should have looked more carefully. This version of the product was a couple of dollars less than another by the same manufacturer. They looked like the same thing, so I thought why wouldn't I pay a couple dollars less? This version requires 5 drops to get to 1000 IU, the other version is 2 drops = 1400 IU. Normally, I'd say "lesson learned" but the peppermint oil is quite strong. 3 drops of the other is a lot easier than 10 drops. Maybe it sounds minor, but it burns my stomach and throat. The quality is great, but if you're sensitive to peppermint, spend the extra couple of dollars to get the MAX Absorption version.

I ordered several types of VitaminD pills/drops to sample and this peppermint is my all time favorite. The dropper is very easy and the flavor is so nice. Look forward to putting it in my coffee for a Christmas flavor.
