Brilliant idea needs a mk2 model.
This isolator is a nice compact design, however needs a bit more work. It may be just the one that I have but despite the company sending out an O ring it took two weeks to seal up between the brass and the main body. Would I buy again, only if I couldn't switch the water off any other way. May be not the quick fix you think.

I was really excited about these as I’m doing a lot of home improvements as a DIYer. I bought 4 one being the main kit 3 being refills (no tools) The first one went on no problem whatsoever and worked amazingly. The second one nearly ruined my drill and took a bit of effort to get to the red line by hand. The tool that came with it to tighten 4 bolts stripped away and was not usable. Not a huge issue as I have a set. I love how you get a red and blue Handel the biggest disappointment was that on one of them the bolt just wouldn’t screw more than half way in 😞
