I really like these scissors they cut perfectly! Easy to use! I would recommend them to someone that wants to cut their own hair or cut someone else! I trimmed my hair and they work great!

I am not a professional stylist or barber, but I have really short hair that I've been cutting on my own for over a decade (going to a stylist every time I need it cut is untenable). I had some scissors that I loved, but they were getting long in the tooth. I couldn't find anything comparable in stores, so I started ordering them from Amazon -- only to end up wishing that I'd also ordered bandaids and nerve pills. This pair, however, is even better than I hoped. As a non-pro who has to contort herself and cut at strange angles, I appreciate being able to cut in different directions without slicing myself with a sharp end. They cut more smoothly than even my original favorites and are lightweight.

These scissors do the job well but were a little larger than what I was expecting. They are sharp and the grip is nice. However, they are also a bit heavy.

Finally I have a pair of special scissors! They are professionally sharp, with a good balance, very comfortable to a middle sized arthritic hand and make trimming my short hair between haircuts (my use) very easy. Great price, nice holder.

I have a Pixie haircut. I started cutting my own hair 5 years ago with mixed results. I began reading some professional hair cutting articles and discovered that size matters when cutting short hair.( The shorter length of the blades is better,) Plus other important facts. These scissors met all of the requirements . And is a great value for the price. my cuts are looking more professional.

I took my barber shears that were probably 47 years old to my sisters to cut her hair. I had packed them in a little cosmetic bag which I now cannot find anywhere. I needed my barber shears for my husband's monthly trim, so I bought this new pair. Boy was that a good idea. And boy did I pick the right pair! These are not only sharper, but a better quality than what I had and I am so glad I bought them! I just wish I had done it years ago. Buy with confidence!
