Works fairly well - but my arthritis is so severe I don't expect anything to work100%. I wear it daily and can tell a difference when I don't have it on. Thus I would recommend it to others since it is the best on the market that I have tried.

runs a little small

This is an excellent product that is easily worth almost twice the price. It is identical in construction to  Mueller Adjustable Lumbar Back Brace, Black, Regular, 1-Count Package  but does not have the brand name. The removable lumbar pad cushion is held in place by Velcro and so can be adjusted a couple of inches in any direction. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one for my wife.This seems to be a Regular-Size belt that fits waits from 28 to 45 inches (tight). The seller should have stated the supported waist sizes for this product rather than simply calling it a "Universal sized (one size fits most) product" so that customers can decide if this is the size they need. In my case, a size 45 inch waist is supported with a very tight fit and is probably its maximum waist size..

Great support. Larger then I would have liked but works great

I bought this back support during a recent bout of lower back pain. This helps me keep good posture when I'm sitting and while I'm busy around the house taking care of things. I don't wear it all the time, but I wear it for short stretches. I can feel the relief in my lower back almost immediately and even after I take it off, it helps me remember to keep my back straight and not slump.

Too bulky and couldn't figure out how to use. It came with no instructions for so many straps.

This is a very well designed and well made brace. I found the fit great, it is highly adjustable due to the size of the Velcro fasteners. The brace supports very well, and is surprisingly comfortable.

This is exactly what I was looking for . It is sturdy and yet comfortable enough to wear most of the day. It looks like it should hold up well over time.
