After some issues with delivery of this product and a very kind and unexpected partial refund from the seller for my troubles, the item arrived no worse for wear just a few days out. I purchased this product for hoard of house plants that all had been repotted with the same new potting mix that inexplicably went hard and hydrophobic upon using.The liquid wetting agent appears to have worked, the soil does appear to be wet, still hard tho whether this changes on further uses is yet to be seen. The instructions are geared for use on a larger scale in the garden with the nearest mix being 5ml to 6ltr ratio, not needing six full liters to water the plants I had to approximate the mix. It would be handy if the manufacturer would account for houseplants as well as larger use. The container is good and self measuring so that you dont over pour the mix, there is ample amount if going by the mixing instructions to water masses of garden pots or beds and lawn areas if needed.

Bought to help sorry soil thrive better in the latter summer months for vegetable plot. Worked well and kept moisture consistent along with watering

I had a couple of uses in mind for this Richard Jackson Flower Power Wetting Agent, the first was for the section of our lawn that sits at the top of a short but steep bank because the soil along that top edge drains very dry very quickly and creates a strip of dried-out grass. The other use was for large houseplants I'm treating with a targeted bacilli that kill the larvae of sciarid flies, those pesky 'fruit flies' that can infest your houseplants, and I wanted something that might hold the bacilli-containing water in the uppermost compost longer instead of letting it drain through to the bottom of the soil where it does no good.I'm not sure the garden bank has seen much benefit, a little perhaps, but I think that's my fault for not re-treating it soon and often enough, maybe next year I'll get it right and there's enough in this bottle (once diluted) to try that. On the other hand the houseplants do seem to have benefited and I'm pretty sure the bacilli have now wiped out all those darned flies. So it does seem to have made the bacilli treatment (a tablet you dissolve in water) more effective than before. Worth a try if it's feeling dry (now there's a slogan).
