Alamo Candy Sour Pickle Balls, 1 Oz (Pack of 2)

I'm obsessed with these I've bought them so many times over the past month there more salty then sour and super pickley but I love them.

I was expecting these to be bad, but they were way worse than I could've imagined. Gritty, incredibly salty, and possessing only the ghost of pickle flavor, these are guaranteed to make you spit them back out. Sour they are not; as an avid consumer of lemons, toxic waste, smog balls, and other sour candies I can tell you that these are not sour - they're salty, and terribly so. As an added bonus they'll turn your tongue and teeth a rich green color for hours. Even if you're in the market for salty candy you can order stuff in from Mexico that won't turn your teeth green and also tastes good. I know you might think a sour pickle candy sounds appealing, but this ain't it chief. Save your money.

The bad reviews here crack me up. What did yall expect? It’s definitely not like a normal sour candy. It’s very salty with a very strong dill flavor. But if you are a pickle fanatic I think you’ll like it. I eat it very slowly. Definitely don’t pop the whole thing in your mouth or take a bite, that’s too much. Overall, they’re good. Definitely a once in a while kinda thing

I don’t write reviews but I had to, to warn people how bad this product it. Since it says “candy” in the name, I was expecting to be it somewhat like a candy. I was in for a terrible surprise. I put it in my mouth and it had an awful taste not even like pickles, just a rancid flavor. I bit it, and it’s almost powder, grainy like. I instantly had to spit it out. With only being in my mouth for a second, it COMPLETELY stained my mouth and TEETH this dark green color. I had to brush my teeth for at least 5 minutes to get the green off them, and it still wasn’t completely gone. Straight in the trash, I won’t even give the unopened bag out for a gag gift, I’m not that mean.

boy o boy, were these some pickle flavored sugar balls! I did originally purchase these as a bit of a gag gift, but (naturally) they were refused. So, I decided I'd bring them to the next gathering and subject my friends to this unknown evil. A bit of a warning for the weary, don't put a whole ball in your mouth! These are greener than the soul of the wicked witch of the west, except they don't melt in your mouth!! hahah They DO STAIN your teeth, and they may make you gag- 2/5 gagged. 4/5 spit out shortly after first try. 0/5 consumed entire ball. funny lil things though, kind of is just heavily dyed and flavored ball of sugar {literally}. maybe only a good gift for SERIOUS pickle enthusiasts. :) [+3 stars for shipping/service being good, candies weren't all stuck together or anything negative, -2 stars for the actual product itself, lol]

Better as a gag gift… lots of green & pucker.

I love pickles but these things were... They aren't the texture I imaged, not like airheads or something. It feels more like dried mud, and the taste isn't sour pickle, it's extremely mild pickle. So texture paired with lack of flavor, they're just weird. And they stained my mouth GREEN. Good for gag gift maybe.

I got these for my son and he said they were to sour lol I end up eating them. These were so super sour and yummy 😋 I would buy them
