my smart stick hand blender has only wisk attachment, no chopper. can I put crushed ice in to make smoothie?

I’ve had this model immersion blender for several years and make smoothies with crushed ice with it with no problem.

Is this dual voltage (110-220 volt)?

unit is not dual voltage it is 120 volt

May I please find out what's the use of voltage for the blender? 110V or 220V?

The blender uses 110/120 volts to run. If you have only 220/240 available you will need a converter to the 110 volt.
