THXSILK 100% Mulberry Silk Pillowcase with Cotton Underside - Standard Size 20"x26", Champagne

I have thin, brittle hair and was worried I might be tearing it out when I sleep. I heard that silk pillowcases can help prevent overnight breakage so I thought I would try this pillow. I wasn't sure about the different fabrics on either side but I liked the price of this case in comparison to other silk cases so I thought it "Let's try it!" After more than a year of use, I am very happy with this pillowcase. I love that one side is cotton so I can flip it to that side during the day when my dog sometimes lays on my pillow. Then at night I flip it over to the silk side and it is nice and clean. I haven't noticed any obvious changes in my hair loss thanks to this pillowcase (I also changed some other products and tools I use, so they could all be helping together), but I figure it doesn't hurt. And I don't get as many marks on my face after sleeping as I used to.

Frizz hair / deep winkles ? Get relief with a silk pillow case . Awesome pillow case ,well made and bright color . Beware that after a few months your body's natural oils will change the colors i wash the case a few times a week to help it, I use a natural soap in my wash to keep the color better

I love this pillow case. It doesn’t slide out from under my head since it has the cotton lining underneath. Pillow stays in pace since it has a zipper. I will be buying another one!

I love this pillowcase! It keeps cool and helps me sleep comfortably. The gold color is very pretty. I like that silk is a natural fabric and will be used throughout the seasons. I don't know if it helps with delaying wrinkles or hair frizziness but I do enjoy sleeping on my silk pillowcase. Highly recommend.

I got this for my teen daughter who was envious of my silk pillowcase, and we are both impressed with the quality for the low price point ($12.99 at time of purchase)! It's softer than my more expensive silk pillowcase, and the cotton underside has a sort of cotton sateen feel and quality to it. I also have a cotton backed silk travel pillowcase, but the cotton on mine is thinner and cheaper feeling than the THXSILK pillowcase. I'm going to order a second as backup for myself as well! :)We bought it in black, hoping it won't show any oils or other "dirt" from hair or skin products. When I bought mine I didn't know any better, so I bought a cream colored one, and it shows EVERYTHING horribly! Keep the color choices in mind when purchasing real silk, especially if you drool or have oily skin, because silk is handwash only and a pain if it shows stains every morning!*Will update my rating accordingly after seeing how well & how long it wears, washes and holds up!.

After reading about how a silk pillowcase might help with my bedhead (frizzy hair, etc.), I needed to find one that I could afford to try out. I ordered this pillowcase in the pale pink, and I was very pleased with the result, so I ordered the grey. I am not fussy about the fact that the reverse side is a different color--the non-silk back really keeps the pillow from sliding around. Also, I wash the cases in cold water on gentle cycle and dry on the almost-no-heat-at-all setting, and they come out virtually wrinkle-free (not, of course, as smooth as if I had ironed them, but perfectly satisfactory for my needs.). They have not shrunk. I like to think that they are helping my hair--the frizzies are softer, though not gone. I love the feel, too. Really a thumbs up on this product.

Le produit en soi est bien fait. Toutefois, je trouve le tissu un peu trop mince. On peut voir ma peau en dessous! Si je devrais choisir dautres taies, ce ne sera pas moins qu'un 22 mommes, au minimum. J'ai acheté une taie d'oreiller 23 mommes et quelle difference que fait 4 mommes de plus même si un momme plus élevé peut donner l'impression qu'il s'agit de satin plutôt que de la soie. Tout compte fait, je laisserai le 19 mommes pour des vêtements de nuit. Jamais moins qu'un 22 mômmes dans ma literie par ce que c'est trop mince. Pour le moment, j'envisage de le retourner pour échanger pour un momme plus élevé. Peut-être que je changerai d'avis et je le garde. On verra!

Really surprised , it is very soft on both sides . Still dont know how to verify if it is silk or not. The price was very reasonable too

It's beautifully packed - great also for a gift.The quality is outstanding.100% natural silk is the best I slept on, also other side is cotton - it makes it not sleepery on the bottom and if I wish I can sleep on cotton. Cotton is also sily, high quality. Interesting choice of 2 different materials on one pillow.

More good hair days since buying this! And the cold side is super chilly, at least in my room, so YAY!I am a hot sleeper and this pillow case helps me sleep better. The cotton side keeps it from slithering off the bed, which was the problem with previous satin pillowcases I tried. Love it!
