Cinnamon Altoids helped me quit vaping! Nothing else worked! I am 4 months vape-free and I owe a lot of it because of these particular mints. I swear I keep them in business, haha! They are fresh, and VERY much a cinnamon flavor- not a cheap kind of flavor. They are quality mints. I love the taste and the texture of them. You get great value for your money. Strong cinnamon flavor. Favorite Altoids!

I've been buying various Altoids for quite a few years now and I imagine I'll continue to buy them in the foreseeable future.I found an odd way of enjoying these cinnamon flavoured ones -- with rice pudding. Some containers of rice pudding come with cinnamon sprinkled on top, which enhances the rather bland vanilla flavour, but there is never enough cinnamon to flavour the whole carton. If I add a cinnamon Altoid the taste lasts through the whole serving. Try it sometime if you love rice pudding but wish there was a way to spice it up a bit. You might like the combination as much as I do.
