DT SwissRWS Road or MTB (Titanium) 135 x 5 mm with Aluminium Lever

I've never been comfortable using the lever-to-close skewers that come with 95% of all wheels.I never know just how hard to tighten them...These DT Swiss skewers tighten (and loosen) like a regular bolt by turning in and out.They have a ratchet mechanism, but it's not for tightening them; what it does it allow you to spin the handle around without tightening (or loosening) the wheel.Let's say the handle of the skewer doesn't clear the fork and hits before it is sufficiently tight, you pull out on the handle and it can spin back to give you another spin at tightening...It sounds more confusing than it is, the first time you use one of these you'll get it.Remember to double check the skewer lengths you need, fronts are all the same but road bikes and cross bikes use a narrower rear skewer (unless they have disc brakes) than mountain bikes.Go ride your bike!

This is a nice looking, light weight, Heavy duty, durable, and very easy to operate skewers, It’s like all in one, I highly recommend it 👍🚴

This skewer is hardly necessary, being made out of aluminum and titanium, but it's gorgeous, light, and works perfectly, so in my book it's worth the money!The fact that you can reposition the lever to any angle AFTER you've tightened down the axle is the single best feature of this design. I highly recommend this QR lever.
