But sleep not yet improved need more time

I have been taking it once a day consistently for a month and took a thyroid test and found my levels are now back to normal. This stuff works. It has surpassed my expectation by making a difference in such a short time.

I have been taking this along with magnesium and I feel it calms me down. But need to take it for a few more weeks to actually see any remarkable change. But it does make me relaxed and sleepy. So better to take a few hours before bedtime.

Beware! I was not getting the same effect from my second order of HealthyHey. So I opened the capsule and compared with a capsule from my first order. Not the same colour or odour. The contents of their capsules changes with every second order I've placed. God alone knows what's inside them. I used to be a fan of HealthHey products, but not any longer. What's going on, HealthHey?Don't buy please. You're putting your health in danger.

Product is good , I use it regularly to supplement my thyroid .BUT the bottle is too big for the amount of product. About 60% bigger which is a waste of plastic and also hampers storage
