Works better than others. Recommended
I went through three USB Bluetooth 3.5mm jack adapters to transmit audio from my stereo to my headsets in the kitchen. I started with basic models and those did not work at all, disconnected all the time, or required to be powered by a USB wall charger to stay powered. This is the first device of that sort that actually satisfies all my needs, works as expected, and even comes with extra (and longer) cables. I can power this directly from the USB port of my stereo (but I like to put a thumb drive there), I can use a power bank (this did not work for me with others), and I can use a charger (but that's just too much cabling). The audio cable is longer than others, which is great, and there is another audio cable for cinch that might be handy someday. Also, the Bluetooth sender has a better range than the ones I tested before (but it's still just up to 15 ft but better than 9-12). The handling was a bit funny at first. But I figured it quickly. You may need to pair your device every time but that may not apply to all headsets. The sound quality is good, but a bit less loud. Overall, a solid device that works better than many other devices of this type. Recommended.

For A/V wireless solution, it is workable but not perfect.
First, my purpose is to stream audio to wired QC headphones from my AV receiver, as a replacement for my broken analog FM TV sound transmitter/phones. For THIS purpose... I bought a pair of these BT devices, and it works, but the sync between audio and video is - versus analog - perceptible. The streaming generation is less sensitive to this, but AV-philes find it annoying. It is a problem in all BT, compressed audio, technologies - to some degree. Compressed audio requires buffering, buffering introduces some minimum delay, and the delay can be worse depending upon the nature of the audio. For many programs (sports, etc) sync isn't a problem, but in close-up talky-talky scenes the audio lag is annoying vs. the FM phones, which have imperceptible lag. For NON-SYNCed applications - this is a non-issue. I wish Roku had a AV sync setting (+/- ms). This is what BT 5.0 does - it delays the video based on the estimated audio lag. *But that doesn't help here because these devices do NOT control the video stream*. Otherwise, audio quality of BT vs FM is equivalent. My FM phones were very good (AR, $150) and audio was excellent, so the BT pair has good sound in this application. I have not noted any static others reported, except for a slight hum when the RX is not connected. Generally, the BT audio is equivalent to any other BT audio connection (ie., streaming iPhone to car stereo, etc.). 8/18/2020 Revision: After a power outage, I noticed a VERY bad hum. Removed RX side's power, no change. Removed TX sides power (from USB outlet on cable box), NO HUM. I tried several other USB outlets, each had some hum though with different qualities. Finally, I got out a good high amp USB hub & used it to power the TX side - no hum at all. SO... the transmitting side is VERY sensitive to ripple in its USB power circuitry. One VERY annoying thing - my devices both power off after 4hrs (6hrs?) regardless of input, even though both TX/RX devices are permanently wired to USB power. It ought to power down only if on battery or unconnected for some time (firmware update perhaps?). Other than this obvious design choice, I have had no connection issues - power on TX, then RX, connects reliably in ~10s. Once connected stays reliably connected UNTIL it powers down. So the good: Cheap solution to use superior wired headphones. Small & USB powered, so hides away easily on both TX and RX sides. Cheaper & more versatile than quality FM TV transmitter/phone combos. And the bad: Audio LAGS behind video noticeably, 50-150ms. Also, I haven't tried with multiple BT sources - but there is no UI, no way to select a specific source - I suspect this would be a problem for some. Overall: For the price, I can't complain and wouldn't spend 5x for good FM TV audio phones.

Easy to use and a great deal
I bought this for my onn projector to enhance the sound by connecting it to tailgate speaker I purchased. The projector does not have bluetooth capability and this item not only helped me connect to a bluetooth speaker but was easy to use and holds a long charge. Used it for movie night and it lasted the whole night watching Netflix movies (lasted over 5 hrs) and still had charge the next day. The price was unbeatable compared to other items listed and works great. I definitely recommend this item.

Easy plug and play system
Tried it on my TCL TV that does not have Bluetooth. Connected the transmitter via my TV's headphone jack and was able to use this product to pair to a Bluetooth headphone instantly. Extremely easy to use. EDIT: After about a week, it started dropping the connection after one hour. Annoying, but can be easily reconnected. Also, the fully charged battery life seems to be on the lower end (about 2.5 hours in TX mode).

Decent product, awful customer service
Product seems to work good enough though the instructions are a bit sketchy but I had to contact Amazon by phone because the Sybsone was no help via Amazon assistant and emails. I ordered 2 items and only received one, pretty simple I thought. They, Sybsone, ask me to contact logistics. I didn't purchase the item thinking I would have to work to get it. I feel they should have just sent out another product and handled the issue instead of dumping the problem back on the customer. Look somewhere else that's customer friendly.

Delivers great sound, and powerful range
Delivers flawlessly. My old tv now transmitting to my wireless headphones. Super tiny and portable powerful transmitter! 1. Connect provided wires to tv out 2. Turn on and set to transmitter mode 3. Your headphones to paring mode Wait for paring, and now you have your own wireless headpohne connection & volume control. Great if you do not want to trouble others with your tv noise. Also work in reverse, as a receptor. Picks up transmittion from a device that enables Bluetooth to an old audio device, like a speaker or a standard hifi sound system! Turns old sound systems to Bluetooth systems.
