Basic phone as expected, battery life is good and menu is easy to navigate. No Internet access which is the main reason I bought it so I'm pleased with this. Just feels on the flimsy/cheap side. Sound quality not great but it is loud. Love the SOS feature but would have liked the option to be able to turn off the siren when pressed and just dial the emergency contacts.

I like the external display of date,time and battery state. the big buttons and the inbuilt radio with loudspeaker instead of ear buds.Easy to use after a bit of familiarisation.A really good buy.

Originally liked the phone but this is the third one we have had but the speaker keeps going it has now failed on the third one its always the same issue.

Dont set the alarm button and you will be alright. Looks good too.

Got this for my 83 yr old mother It’s easy to use (flip open to answer, close to end call. You have to do that in settings) Big numbers which are easy to press. I did disable the SOS button as it was too easy for her to catch when holding phone and I didn’t want her calling police by accident. The ringer can wake the dead so great for hard of hearing.

I did not want a smart phone as I only need a mobile for text and occasional phone call this mobile is perfect easy to use and has many features which surprised me considering the price the radio is good and it also has a c@meta if you wanted to snap a pic very pleased.

I really liked this phone, it looks smart, is a good size and the screen is so clear I could read it without glasses. The first problem I encountered was when I put my sim card in - not all of my numbers were there and the phone tells me my sim is full?? this has never happened on any other phone I have transferred my sim to. It still did it with an additional memory card and after deleting many redundant numbers. Also you will need to set it to your region or it will tell you your messages and calls are coming from 8 hours in the future. My phone was on the default thinking it was located in Islamabad. By far the most annoying problem is the torch which gets switched on and on the phone I have wont always switch off - it drains the battery really quickly & I cant find a way to permanently disable the torch. Almost every time it is in my pocket this happens - making the phone as good as useless as I pull it out my pocket to answer a call to find the torch is on YET AGAIN and as I answer the battery dies. Another issue I have and I cant for the life of me workout WHY it is doing it is the numbers saved in the phone book - when I call or text them I get a message saying the number is not available and the recipient does not receive calls or texts. Only if I answer to a call or text that I have received will I be able to contact the person. This is completely unacceptable as I am using it as a business phone. sadly I didnt realise all its flaws in time to return it. I am now looking for another phone. ** updated 28 July 2023 phone has now died completely - it lasted less than a year, even if it has full charge it just cuts out when I try to answer a call. This really is unacceptable as previous simple phones I have had for several years and this didnt even last a year before failing completely.

Le téléphone est très joli, sa toucher est agréable et surtout il se prend bien en main. Le son est distinct et à première vue (nous venons de le recevoir), le téléphone me paraît excellent pour quelqu'un qui entend et voit mal. Attention, le paramétrage demande une certaine aisance technique. Mais une fois ce cap franchi, le téléphone me paraît très adapté à un senior qui a des difficultés au niveau des mains et de l'audition. Ce téléphone va être utilisé par un senior uniquement pour téléphoner et recevoir des SMS. J'ai pu le configurer facilement grâce au manuel. Par exemple, pour décrocher en ouvrant le clapet, et raccrocher en le fermant. Le manuel a un gros manque, il n’indique pas comment faire pour que les noms des appelants s'affichent : il faut créer le contact avec l'indicatif sous la forme "+33", et le "+" est inséré en pressant la touche "0" pendant quelques secondes. Le bouton SOS ressort un peu trop de la coque : il y a risque qu'il sonne au fond du sac. Le bouton de la lampe torche est excellent, facile à mettre en route pour un senior. Pour les SMS. On reçoit un message d'arrivée sur le clapet avec son audible. En ouvrant, il suffit de presser un bouton et on peut lire. Pour supprimer le SMS, c'est un peu plus compliqué pour un senior, mais pas inaccessible. Il est possible de personnaliser un peu le téléphone : sonnerie, écran... On peut aller plus loin avec une seconde SIM, notamment prendre des photos. L’écran affiche un message d’erreur quand il n’y a pas de seconde SIM, à désactiver. Au sujet de la carte SIM. Elle est difficile à insérer, il faut y aller avec prudence et patience. Il y a un vrai risque de la casser. Le bon côté est qu'elle ne risque pas de bouger et de perdre ainsi le contact avec le téléphone, mais attention à y aller en douceur. J'ai été impressionnée par la richesse des fonctionnalités secondaires. On peut prendre des photos, écouter la radio, insérer des tâches avec alerte dans un calendrier... Pour le prix, je suis ravie. Reste à voir si dans la durée, il tient ses promesses !

Es handelt sich um ein typische Seniorenhandy mit großen Tasten. Es ist sehr übersichtlich und hat auch noch ein paar Extrafunktionen, wie z.B. Radio oder Taschenlampe. Und nicht zu vergessen, es gibt das Handy auch in einem schicken, glänzenden Rot! Das einzige Problem ist die Taste zur Lautstärkenregulierung, die sich an der rechten Seite befindet, genau dort, wo man das Handy festhält. Bei jedem Öffnen des Deckels berührt man diese Taste und verstellt so automatisch die Lautstärke. Ungünstig, wenn man auf diese Weise das Handy stummschaltet und kein Klingeln mehr hört.

J'ai acheté cet appareil sur Amazon France pour qu'il ait une prise française. Je cherchais un Doro mais celui-ci était indisponible à la livraison en Angleterre (je voulais pouvoir mettre une carte SIM anglaise EE pour avoir droit au roaming gratuit) car ce portable est destiné à mes parents qui habitent en France. Ce portable marche très bien mais la seule chose que je n'arrive pas à mettre en place est la date. J'ai vraiment essayé mais elle revient toujours au 01.01.2022. Impossible de la changer! J'ai programmé le menu en français mais là encore, le jour de la semaine qui n'est même pas correct, apparaît en anglais. Aspect physique de l'appareil: très belle couleur, rouge métalisée. Ouverture à clapet. Affichage digital de l'heure et la date sur l'écran principal (clapet fermé) pendant quelques secondes. Je n'ai pas réussi à avoir la bonne heure non plus en dépit du fait que j'ai sélectionné l'heure de Paris. A part cela, les autres fonctions du téléphone marchent: sonnerie forte, appels clairs. On peut mettre le portable en main libre une fois que l'on répond au téléphone ou que l'appel est connecté. La fonction "main libre" s'affiche alors à l'écran et il faut appuyer sur le bouton blanc, tout en haut, à droite pour l'activer. Comme j'ai acheté cet appareil pour ma mère qui a 85 ans et qui a du mal à utiliser la nouvelle technologie, quand elle veut m'appeler, elle n'a qu'à appuyer deux fois sur la touche verte ou bien appuyer une fois en pressant plus fort sur la touche M1 car j'ai sélectionné mon numéro sur M1. Je n'ai pas voulu faire compliqué, alors je n'ai mémorisé qu'un seul numéro sur ce téléphone, dans mon cas mais on peut bien évidemment mettre trois numéros d'accès faciles en utilisant M1, M2 et M3 mais il faut au préalable les avoir mis en mémoire dans l'agenda. Quand on compose un numéro une fois, on n'a pas besoin de le recomposer si on veut téléphoner au même numéro tout de suite après. On n'a qu'à appuyer sur la touche verte deux fois. Il est vrai que la notice d'utilisation est complètement nulle et compliquée à lire, même si elle est traduite en plusieurs langues mais le téléphone lui-même n'est pas trop compliqué à programmer. Si j'étais le fabricant, j'aurais mis un haut parleur sur une des touches et je l'aurais allouée à la fonction main libre pour la rendre plus facile à l'accès. Voilà ce que je pense! Donc, dans l'ensemble, assez bon apparreil point de vue qualité-prix, qui est beau d'apparence et très léger: on dirait une plume! En revanche, ces constructeurs chinois n'ont pas programmé de manière précise les fonctions "date" et "heure", ni l'affichage adéquat de ces derniers. Les sonneries ne sont pas belles mais à part ça, le reste est très valable. Il convient très bien à une personne âgée ou une qui n'aime pas la nouvelle technologie.

Seules les 5 premières lettres du nom sont autorisées puis blocage et impossible d'ajouter le numéro de téléphone.Aucune explication sur la notice.
