The cushion supports my lower back so well. It is exactly what I needed. It makes sitting in my home desk chair so comfortable. I have not done it yet but I am thinking about buying a second one for my SUV.

It’s good! I use it for office chair though

I got the small because I literally only want support at my lower back. Got a sharper image one first and it enveloped my back and sides and was squishier overall thus less supportive on the lower back, plus it flopped forward even with the support strap. This little one has two pieces you just push into the gap at the bottom of your car’s seat and stays put. Was going to take a photo but it pretty much looks exactly like a photo. Imo a little pricey for what it is but I love it.

I was initially impressed with the quality of this item and it would, under some circumstances, do the job. However, for me personally, I only need a little push on my lower back because the car seats have no lower lumbar support. These are too thick and cause me to be pushed forward too far. It makes it feel like my thighs are too far forward and it feels uncomfortable. So, I returned them. Not sure how to rate them for these reasons, so I just did the middle of the road with 3 stars.

I put it in my peterbilt and it fits me great.

Very comfortable and works really well

the pillow itself is good quality, and the material is nice. But for my back, the hump in the pillow was still too small. I needed bigger/firmer support for my lower back at my desk. So, unfortunately, i had to return it.

Most back pillows are too big. Large back pillows are, if not uncomfortable for my small size they are visually intrusive and ugly. This has a good amount of support and give as well as a slim/sleek non-obtrusive nature that allows it to sit out all the time and look like it belongs there. I don't understand the clip attachments at the bottom, though. They're designed to shove in between the seat cushions but back pillows are not meant to stay attached that low in the seat, they're back support not butt support.

Cet oreiller est vraiment excellent pour les douleurs lombaires. Je le utilise dans la chaise du bureau. Toute la journée.

I have only traveled using this support once and found it comfortable. I am looking forward to trying it out over a longer time.
