Worth the money
After doing the class for Foundation 4 and used this book to cram the last week with the Mock Tests... I was not feeling confident on the morning of the tests but I passed with a good score. a lot of that had to do with this book.

Good training guide
I would have liked for the book to come with electronic question and answer tutorial as well. It doesn't.

Bad questions with bad answers cannot be helpful.
Help me with this question from this book. I only see answers with up to 2 answers when 3 are requested, I think this is a problem. I would assume 3 phases would be made available. When bad questions and bad answers coincide in a book, it is not helpful to the student. I believe this is a known error with no workaround for the reader. (classic ITIL)20. What are the three phases of Problem Management? I) Error Control, II) Problem Control, III) Problem IdentificationA. IIB. I onlyC. II, IIID. IIIScordo, Christopher. I CANNOT RECCOMEND THIS BOOK FOR ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR FOUNDATIONS PREP.
I thought that this book would give me tons of practice questions to prepare for ITIL Foundations 4 certification. My employed sent me to a class and we had access to a second online class where I watched the recordings of a foundations 4 prep class and both classes were basically the same. The first exam in this book contains at least 25% irrelevant questions for foundations 4 that are not covered in any class, or the syllabus from Axelos. I would tell you to use caution in buying this book as it does not accurately represent the actual foundations 4 exam.

DO NOT BUY
This book deserve 0 star. This book contains mostly questions based on the ITIL V3 NOT ITIL4. I did the first few tests and then put it aside because it did not help me prepare for the ITIL 4 foundation exam. I had to constantly search the web to check the answer and the reasoning behind it. Indeed I would like to get my money back.

Waste of money
I wish I could give this book 0 stars and get back my money. The questions are from the areas which are not included in the exam. (e.g the practices they are not necessary for the foundation exam)
