Much better quality than expected! Fit and finish is great. Materials seem high quality. The mechanism on the top both locks the difficulty adjustment to keep it from falling down, and can be used to adjust the width between handles, pretty clever. The springs are sized so they never compress all the way, so you can't pinch yourself. I bought this, paying more than buying a couple of simple spring devices thinking I'm paying just to save space, but after using it, seeing it's made in Korea and understanding how it works, I think it would also be suitable for a gift. Really happy with my purchase. The knurling gives it an aggressive grip, this isn't for delicate hands.

This is very well made product. Very smart way of adjusting the spring for the force and it can also adjust the distance of the grip. And trust me, I have a strong grip but I can barely do the second stage. It comes with these grip extenders as well. They should make a better product description, because the current one doesn’t make justice. And also it’s a beautiful piece to keep on your desk too.

First off, let me tell you. Those other hand grips where you turn the dial, even at 55 kg for them its not even close to beign the same. If you are saying to yourself should I get the one that goes up to 190 something, if you can close the 176 you have super strong hands lets just say that. One thing I will say is you might want to wear gloves since its metal on the grip hurts a little but will get used it it. Overall def strong and I dont think will break. If does, has 5 year warrenty.Also there is a video review of a man showing how to use it Great Review and demo. Adjusing the spring setting is super easy once you figure it out. On the top part you will see a small lever. First squeese the grip till closed then press the lever do its fully down then release. Now you just move the spring to the next part. To adjust the width, squeese and the middle is by default and the top is leaset narrow.

Amazing. Possibly the highest quality manufactured item I've ever bought on Amazon. It's also basically an art piece with the stand. Having it sit on your desk looks good, and reminds you to use it more frequently. Works great, has a fantastic amount of options and settings for different grip widths and strengths. Pretty ingenious and absolutely worth the price.

The only hand grip you will ever need I was surprised by how high quality this is for the price every thing is either made out of high quality metal or steel I just wish it was easier to change the strength settings because you have to squeeze all the way down to click the metal part on the top of it.

Got this about a month ago and i have gotten so much stronger with my forearms! Easier for me to do weightlifting and pull ups the tension.It's absolutely awesome. I will recommend this to anyone who wants to work on forearm strength.

Built strong and sturdy enough to last long enough to pass on to your grandkids. The knurled grip can be a bit rough on the flexing fingers but can easily rectified with some sports tape.Easy to adjust resistence if you read the included instructions.Would recomend.
