I’ve had the product for 3 years now and the brush is still sold and soft and no cracks on plastic! For how cheap it was it’s doing great.

Brush is stiffer than expected
The bristles on the brush are stiff enough to be sharp on my face. Thought the bowl and the holder was going to be metal, like aluminum, but is plastic. Guess both are expected with the low price.

Does exactly what I wanted - Very Soft
I wanted to try this type of product for quite a while, but I was never willing to pay some of the absurd prices for those products. This product was priced much lower. I was very pleased with this product, because it does exactly what I was hoping for - but not at an absurd price. The badger brush is very soft.The cup is smaller than I thought it was going to be; however, it looks like this is the standard size for that type of product. If you buy one of those circular soap products, it will apparently fit just right in the cup bowl. Then, you can apparently rub the badger brush on top of it and build up a lather. I cannot confirm this, because I didn't buy a circular soap, though - due to the fact that all the circular soap devices are priced absurdly high.I did try this with a regular piece of bar soap from the shower that I had broken apart, though. Building up a lather with the badger brush worked just fine. I don't do this anymore, though.Instead, I just spray some shaving cream or shaving gel into the cup bowl and use the badger brush to build up a lather. This works very good. But, I should tell you that you only need a small amount of water. And I recommend that you place the water in the bowl before the shaving cream. Otherwise, the shaving cream will make a mess and overflow.

Same problem 😓 for 2
The brush keeps getting out of its position.. So I had it replaced . but after certain period of time(1 month) same problem happened and it is not replacable any more. I think I can fix the problem using glue gun but still it is annoying and disappointing.
