Expensive but seems to be effective!
Decided to try this stuff out after a few months of running without it. To someone who hasn't been doing a certain activity without it you may not notice the effect as much but knowing my body during runs I could tell a difference in energy from the first time I used it. I can keep my training pace for longer and don’t feel as exhausted as quickly. Not sure it’s great for everyone but if you’re an endurance athlete or doing anything with heavy exertion this makes a difference! Try and grab it on sale

Literally Fuel for Humans
The cluster dextrin definitely gets absorb very quickly, and fuels me to go further on my workouts and even in my workplace. Great taste as well. Only minor issue is the clumps that doesnt dissolve sometimes unless you give it a thorough shake otherwise I can live with it. It also leaves a starchy film on your bottles after use. Good value for money.
