This is a very concise, one-stop-shopping source for understanding tech licensing. It is clear and well-written.

If you work on deals to license IP this book should be within reach. It is concise and complete. It is relevant if your client is a global conglomerate or a startup of recent dropouts. The office copy we have is getting used for both specific language for agreements and also for philosophy of how to serve our clients without over lawyering. Nice!

Even if your practice area isn't in tech, this an excellent resource full of practical advice. I highly recommend this book. My only regret is that I didn't read it sooner!
