Great bed spread. It covers my king bed ......side to side over the rails and top to bottom w/lots room to fold over the pillows. It's soft and thin which I sleep under it. And the best feature for me is the no stitching. My dogs nails cannot rip threads since there r none. It looks lovely always!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Home Collection Over Size Elegant Embossed Bedspread Set in white for my daughter’s twin XL bed in her college dorm room in South Florida. I was drawn to the elegant design and soft texture of the fabric, which looks even better in person. The bedspread is thin and lightweight, which is ideal for the warmer climate down south.However, I was surprised by just how thin it actually is. When held up to the light, you can see right through it. It feels more like a large throw blanket or a coverlet rather than a traditional bedspread, and the texture is soft yet a bit stiff, almost like a fabric diningroom placemat. This wasn’t necessarily a bad thing given the heat, but my daughter did mention that she got cold with the air-conditioning running at night.If you’re living in a cooler climate this might not provide the warmth you’re looking for. Or if youre in the north/midwest in a dorm without air-conditioning, this would be good for the warmer months.It’s a beautiful, lightweight option that adds a nice touch to the room, but if you’re expecting something heavier and more substantial, this might not be it.Overall, this bedspread is stylish and practical for warm climates, but just be aware that it’s not very thick. For those in cooler areas, you might need to layer it with another blanket.*4 stars.*

I just needed a white bed cover that COVERS my bed sufficiently! I’ve looked at Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, and about every department store, and there are some out there, though more of an “investment”, less budget-friendly. My bed is king size, pretty high profile with a deep mattress plus an additional topper. I wanted a quilt, comforter, bedspread— SOMETHING— long enough to at least reach the side rails and foot rail. This worked! I can tuck it into side rails or leave it untucked so the scalloped edges show. Perfect! And plenty long enough to reach the foot rail and still reach the pillows with a nice turn-down. It washes very easily as well, and made it through the washer and dryer unscathed. No pilling, no wrinkles, no shifting of quilt batting, and maybe a tiny bit softer. I read some complaints about the “quilting” not being actually stitching. So, yes, the “quilting” IS “punched,” not sewn, but unless you’ve got your nose to the fabric, it’s not really noticeable. I’ve got other priorities to worry about these days so I just don’t notice it. I’m happy with the look. I’m not “staging” a house. (If you’re really REALLY wanting actual hand-stitched quilting, almost this size, I can direct you to a couple of stores you’ll find it, but be prepared to pay for it. And be prepared to have it professionally cleaned— I can tell you for a fact that’s not inexpensive either.) It’s beautiful. I’m very happy with this, and I just might buy another for my guest room.

Very pretty bed spread but it was to small for my bed. I had to send it back.

I just love my new Comforter. I love the weight, color, function, and comfort of it. I think it’s beautiful. Very nice quality for the price. After washing it, it held its shape and color very well.
