Nicely packed quality product
The taste is strong! So strong that it feels like I swallowed shampoo. Doable but I don't intend to overdo it. Keeping the oil in my cupboard for eventual headaches or colds.

Good Quality Oil
Good quality organic cold pressed oil. The flavour is very strong. I wouldn't use it for culinary purposes, as I don't like the taste. I take this for medicinal purposes, off the spoon when I feel I need it, as it has so many health benefits. I keep it in the fridge to stop it going rancid and to preserve its therapeutic properties.

I was initially hesitant to try this brand since the price was noticeably lower than others on Amazon, but the quality is just as good—if not better. While I’m using it for skincare, I appreciate that these bottles also include a nutritional label, unlike many others. If it’s safe for consumption, it’s certainly safe for use on the skin. Overall, it seems to have better quality control and more thought put into it compared to other brands. Highly recommend!
