I used these regularly over a few weeks for a post nasal trip cough, thinking that was OK as sugar free and product info did not have max recommended consumption and looked healthy from product material listed. Then noticed visible enamel erosion on my teeth including dents, and teeth sensitivity. Since reaslised these drops include citric acid which can soften enamel. Now quite worried about my dental health and wished I had not used these.

I bought these sweets for my husband because he loves them. He is diabetic so isn't supposed to eat sweets but as these are sugar free he can eat as many as he likes.

As Ricola user of many years, I have to say that this flavour is now my favourite. Lovely 'natural' taste and not too sweet. Effective voice & throat support. Lozenges just the right size, and very convenient packets.
