Unique gift idea
This gift idea is unique and fun and delivered very fast. The value is in the thought behind it. I think I expected a little more quality certificate (thicker paper and more "official" looking), but I will write my dad's name in as neat as possible and frame it to help the appearance. Great idea though, and a perfect novelty gift.

Perfect For Someone who has Everything!
It’s impossible to find gifts for my dad, and this was perfect! He loved getting such a unique gift especially since our ancestors are from Germany. Initially, I had a problem with registering the deed, but when I contacted the company by email, I received a very pleasant and prompt reply answering my question. This was much appreciated since it was a holiday gift.

Permitted land access
Well presumably you get access to the grantor's whole 10 acres. Even though this is a square foot in size. So hopefully it's true of course with understanding the rules regarding the property. The documentation is simple and functional just a tad bigger in size then the advertising suggested . If you want to have co ownership to a piece of property I suggest go through this company . They have property in various regions thank you.

No papers were in this case and don’t know what else to do
In its description it says it will come with a deed and all I got was a German flag colors in an empty case. Very disappointed. I wanted to give to him on our 20th wedding anniversary. His dad came here to Michigan. He was one of the best men in my life and I thought my husband would Love it. So does the deed come separately or did I just not get papers??
