Lightweight, Durable, Great Coverage
The Onewind 12×10 ft Hammock Tarp is an outstanding choice for backpacking and canoe/kayak camping. This tarp is great in heavy downpours and driving rain when closing the doors on each end. It’s lightweight and provides ample coverage of my 11’ hammock. It’s very durable materials and has multiple setup options. Whether you’re using it for a hammock or as a standalone tarp, you won’t be disappointed. I rate it 4.7 out of 5.

This thing is a palace!
Full disclosure, I am a full blown hammock camping nerd. I actually bought this to use as a two person tarp, but I'll be taking it solo too now that I've set it up and looked at it.My wife and I were planning a backpacking trip and wanted to try out the Dutchware beetle buckle tandem system, for which you need a wider rectangular tarp with a 12' ridgeline. As much as I wanted to go cottage vendor on that, I simply cannot afford one from dutch or hammock gear or warbonnet or the like. At $200 for a tarp that's a bit beyond my budget. One day I will get one, but it's not gonna happen this year.I looked at this one, had seen the previous version before, and was shocked to see they made it longer and out of silnylon, and tons of tieout points. That's a heck of a deal for $85. I swapped out all of the cordage for my own dyneema guylines, linelocks, and stakes, but I do that with every backpacking tarp to fit my setup style. The stuff they provide is not bad tho. All I really care about is the quality of the tarp itself. All of the stitching looks great, the tieout points are properly reinforced, and the ridgeline is taped. The side panel pullouts are a nice touch too at this price point. As you can see in the photos (some of which I took on an extremely windy day), I've got a few pics of it set up as winter/storm mode as how I'll be using it solo, and then also with the head end corners propped up on trekking poles for when the wife and I hang two hammocks under it. And with the continuous ridgeline I am able to use my trekking poles as a pole mod for the side panel pullouts. It's also not too heavy. Not the lightest either, but it's definitely fine for backpacking. All in all, this is a steal. I am very impressed and thankful for the level of quality that went into this and still staying budget friendly for those of us who might not have the means to go splurge on top quality cottage vendor gear. If you are new to hammock camping and are finding the costs of getting a whole new setup to be quite financially painful, trust me when I say this is among the best options you'll find if you are trying to go the budget friendly route.

Suuuuch a versatile rainfly!
I use this for hammock camping and I have been nothing less that impressed since I started with it. I can tie it down very tightly against wind, there are no leaks near seams during rain, and I love how much you can close it during heavy wind or rain. My friend has the warbonnet version which was 4x the price, and while it's maybe a foot longer, hers leaks rain at some of the tie-put seams. Pshhhh... Onewind all the way!

great coverage, light, and packs much more compact than my others.
I have only used on two trips (9 nights) but super happy with this tarproomy, great coverage, light weight and packs up small, has solid connection points, and the door make a big difference in cooler weather blocking wind. This tarp, 11 foot hammock with bug net, hammock suspension, all the lines/stakes, and a set of long under armer I sleep in fits nicely in the left front fork pack (picture for scale).

Missing product
Awesome product..I don’t want to write a bad review and just be wrong on my part but it seems there was a few missing “black” tie off pieces. I have all of the rope for the tie off points on the tarp but missing a few of the black things that hold the excess string.

Versatile and budget friendly
The media could not be loaded. I have been wanting a tarp that has doors for quite some time now, however finding one that is of good quality and won't break the bank is harder than you would think. I have purchased several other pieces of Onewind gear and I have always been blown away with the quality of their products. I have also always found it amazing that you can purchase such great quality at such a budget friendly price. And with this tarp they did it again, great quality and a great price in one light weight package.I absolutely love the versatility of this tarp. You can set it up in so many different configurations and it comes with everything you need to hit the trail. Whether you are hiking your favorite trail or exploring a new area, you need to be able to rely on your gear. Having peace of mind that you will be covered and out of the elements no matter what Mother Nature throws at you is huge when you are on the trail and away from the comforts of home. This tarp allows you to bring that comfort and peace of mind with you no matter where you wander."Hike your own hike" I truly believe in that saying. I have used everything from a small asymmetrical tarp all the way up to a full 13 foot by 10 foot three pound tarp. I don't think you should just purchase a piece of gear just because you see everyone else using it. I believe you should purchase the type of gear that you are comfortable with using and that you can afford. Just because a piece of gear is expensive does not mean it is the best and just because something is of lower price does not mean it is of lower quality Do your research and purchase what you want.

This tarp has served me well!
Good size and so far….durable. I’ve been using this tarp for a couple years with no issues. It’s been rained on, frozen stiff and beaten to death by the wind. No problems with stitching or ware issues while camping, backpacking and hiking.

Great tarp for the price!
Used the tarp a few times now and in a few storms. One was pretty windy. Tarp held up great no leakage kept me dry and out of the wind. The snake skin is a great add on and worth it for easy setup and take down. Nice it includes the stakes and guyline everyntibg out of the box to go. Wish they made a 13ft x10 version that is the only real con for me as i cant easily use the storm doors on this one with my 12ft hammock. Only left to test is how it holds up to freezing temps.
