I was a little scared based on some of the reviews, but this chair exceeded expectations. Admittedly I just really wanted a stylish chair for the formal living room, so comfort wasn't really high on my list, but in addition to being attractive, this chair is also pretty comfy too. I'm a weird sitter and I like how the arms are low enough that I'm not really constrained in all the strange ways I'd like to sit.Leather feels nice and looks good. Really fits in with the midcentury modern look I'm going for. I might buy another one to make my living room more even.I didn't put it together, but my husband did and he said he thought it was a really sturdy piece that would last awhile.

I bought this as extra seating when friends visit. It was relatively easy to put together, I just needed to add the legs. Turns out to be a comfortable chair. I've only been using it for a month or so but it has also held up to the dogs nails, any scratches have blended in well and added to the look of the chair. Would definitely recommend and I am considering getting a second one.

Overall, this is a great chair. The box arrived pretty banged up and there are one or two small scratches on the chair, but nothing too noticeable. Assembly was easy and only required attaching the legs. I was looking for a chair with saddle or cognac color. This is definitely lighter than it appears in seller photos. It's more of a tan and did not match the color or texture of the swatch I ordered. However, it still looks great in my space!

This chair is awesome! I was looking for a stylish leather piece to use as a desk chair, and couldn’t stomach the price of a West Elm one I found online. I stumbled across this one and the reviews and user pics were great, plus the fact that it was Prime eligible made it a no-brainer to at least order it and see how it looked. I had it in 2 days, assembly was easy, and it looks as great as it does in the pics. Super comfortable too! A little low and deep for a traditional desk chair, but I expected that and was going for style more than anything since my desk sits out in my living room. Really happy with this purchase. (Pillow on the chair is an amazon buy too!)

I paid full price and I’m coming back to buy a second.... I bought this chair to go with the matching sofa. I hesitated because of all the reviews stating it is small and not a lounging chair... my family is a lounging family. We gave away our super comfy lived in furniture to replace with something more stylish, but we didn’t want to forgo comfort. We are super happy with both sofa and chair. The seat is a bit firm, but totally comfortable. I hate squishy sofas anyhow. I’m 5 9 and my husband is 6 3, we both think the chair is very comfortable. The arms are low, which makes them act like a nest edge rather than real arms, but I curl up in it, so that works perfectly for me. Quality is on par with other chairs of the same price when free shipping is taken into account.

Looking for a clean eye appealing set of chairs, I found them on Amazon. This is where I sit to have my coffee every morning. They are not big and not small. Easy to assemble. Two screws per leg, hardware and tool is underneath the chair in a zippered off enclosure. Cushion is medium firm. I am 5’2”, my toes touch the ground, the seat back hits right at my neck.The leather is soft and smooth. Trying to keep my dogs off to avoid scratches in leather. These chairs will last a long time. The seat cushion is attached.

I love this chair! I bought 2 but one came damaged, so had to return. I did keep one. When I went to re-order the other one they were out of stock. It’s now been 3 years and it still hasn’t come back in stock. Amazon, please make this again in black!

We were very pleased to open the first box and take out the chair. It was comfortable and met our expectations for quality.Unfortunately, our excitement was short-lived when we opened the second box. The exact same chair (cognac) is a noticably different color. We called to start a replacement, and Amazon recommended we send back the chair that is least like the color pictured online and then they can send us a new one. We then run the risk of sending back the wrong one.Unfortunately, the chair is now currently unavailable. Hopefully it will come back in stock within our return timeframe so we can have a matching set rather than starting our search for new chairs again.It's a great chair if you only want one and don't mind receiving either color. If you want more than one like we did, good luck.
