This is easily one of my best purchases... Every feature works flawlessly. I did not expect this level of quality and execution... This is like a bespoke phone that is a real God send to seniors or technically challenged people. All the features are remotely configurable. I will not take back my 5 stars even if this phone breaks down in 10 days.. It is a real work of purpose and genius.. It is simple, elegant, very functional and very affordable for the level of personalisation it offers... Bravo!

Editing review:Initially the phone was good.Ist issue:Within a month or two issues with display. Black spots.Difficult with customer care. We need to pay the courier charges to get it repaired.Please note. They only repair the set , no replacement. This is really bad. If you get a new defective piece, they will not replace it, they will only replace the defective partSo for the 1st issue, we paid the courier charges and got it repaired.2nd time issueAfter a month, the hinge part had issues, due to which there was display issues and the phone did not workAgain we couriered the set and it was repaired.Imagine, we got this set for an elderly person and if these kind of issues persists , this set is useless.Would not recommend this mobile to anyone due to multiple issues.----------------Old reviewGood display2. A very friendly type mobile phone.good for senior citizens. worth buying.go for it.

My mom was using a feature phone which was not a flip phone. She had to alternately hold the phone to her ear and mouth because the mic was not picking up her voice. Luckily I came across Easyfone Royale, a feature phone of the flip type with amazing sound booster technology and now my mom is super happy as she can hear and speak at the same time. The screen size has become bigger due to the flip model. Naturally the numbers are larger which makes it pleasing to the eye. The photo dial feature is unique as my mom just has to press the number adjacent to the photos to call me or my sister or my brother or my wife. The charging station is also of the docking type which makes it easier for the elderly as they don't have to insert the cable every time. The SOS button comes in handy when my mom goes for a walk in the morning and evening. Overall a perfect package with well researched features for the elderly in our families. Planning to gift to a few of my elderly relatives. They will surely be pleased. Thank you Easyfone Royale for bringing peace and comfort to us.

Review after 15 months of usage-Pros: Photo calling, large keypads, loud earpieceCons: Body plastic quality is bad and can break at a fall from even two feet height. Removing the back cover without breaking the cover is a big task due to the brittle body. Battery bulged and became useless in 15 months and a new one costs ₹1,000!

Very nice phone. Good sound quality, easy to handle, lots of senior citizens useful features. Liked it so much.
