Very happy with this charger - was an excellent price. Small and compact - it does what it's supposed to do. It charges at a constant 7.4Kw/h. The app is easy to use and you can set up to 4 scheduled timers - ideal for us on the Octopus Agile tariff - we can pick the cheapest slots to charge each night. Had it running for 3 weeks so far, with no issues.As others have said, it does need a strong internet connection, but i've got around this by putting an Eero hub in the garage which picks up the signal from the house (eero is an excellent mesh network in my view).Wallbox have now given myWallbox Business to everyone so you can even charge your neighbours and friends to use your charger!

Be wary of using solid cored cable, there is very little room for manoeuvre in the case so if installing indoors, a 4mm or 6mm 3 core flex would be preferred. Minor niggles in some aspects of software, it considers the start of charge being when you plug in, not when you commence charging, so the charging date is always a day out for me (I plug in in the evening then charge early morning using a cheaper tariff).Otherwise excellent, really pleased with this and worth the extra over the cheaper east Asian imports (bought and regretted).

Although I didn’t install this product my electrician didn’t seem to have any issues. Product looks far neater than some of the other monstrosity’s out there so overall very happy with value, price and installation.

It’s very easy to install, just follow instructions. Price is good for value. I use for charge my Tesla Model 3, this is best replacement for the original charger.

Great little charger, not very big so very discreet. Does what it says on the tin. Keeps up with the big boys for single phase.App could be a little more intuitive.

Having never had the need for an EV charger before I could only base my choice on size & appearance. Both of which were perfect. It was professionally installed so I can’t comment on the ease of installation but my electrician didn’t raise any issues. Overall I am very satisfied

Lovely to look at, straightforward (ish) fitting instructions and simple to use. Some hiccups along the way include rather confusing wiring connection information relating to UK requirements and a very sluggish procedure to get the app up and running. I gave up and left it to think about it overnight. A stern word in the morning and it behaved itself. Thing is, the app isn’t really necessary for many people: I’ve fitted an isolating switch to turn it off when not in use. Turn it on, wait a few seconds for it to stabilise, plug it into the car and it works fine. The car tells me when it’s had enough and I then just unplug and switch off. Simples.
