Nice looks, poor usefulness.
These aglets are sturdy, easy to install and look quite nice.However, they're only useful as a fashion accessory. They completely and utterly fail at the basic, original purpose of an aglet: to be able to pass the shoelaces through the holes in the shoes. They are simply too large for that.
