Works Well!
I’ve only used it twice but so far so good. I used to go to a local place to do this but I’ve had a hard time booking with them so decided to try and do it at home. The only issue was that the bucket it came with had a crack in it. That’s not that big of a deal to me because I had something else I could use and all the other pieces seem to work well. The directions are good. I’m confused as to why I need to wear the wrist band. I’ll keep using 1-2 times a week to see if notice any difference. Fyi, the smell of the water was not great from all of the toxins but that’s okay bc it probably means it’s working. I’ll update this review should anything change.

affordable, easy to use
I used to have a wonderful Aqua Chi footbath, but the support and maintenance for Aqua Chi did not support or maintain my equipment, so I needed an alternative. This system is not as strong or effective as Aqua Chi, but at a fraction of the cost, I am happy with it. especially with Amazon Prime's returns policy, I know I won't get burned. This footbath is gentle enough to use 4 times a week, and needs very little water to run. Clean up is easy; I use a clear vinegar soak for the unit. Baking soda gets any orange stain off the tub, so long as I rinse and wipe it down promptly after each use. If you are exposed to lots of heavy metal in your environment, you might wish to research and consider investing in the heavy duty Aqua Chi equipment -- but get a good warrantee to protect your investment. For lesser needs, I think this unit is fine.

Could use some work on the documentation!
I did not have much faith after reading the documentation that came with the machine. There were so many misspellings so I was worried! However, after using it, it works great, and the results were evident.

Defective product... did not work even once.
I bought this for my wife for Christmas. As a mother of 5, she was not able to use it right away. When she finally had the opportunity to use it, she was highly frustrated that the footbath was cracked upon opening for the FIRST time. When she went to use the machine part it wouldn't even turn on. Extremely irrate that I spent $170 on a piece of garbage for NOTHING!!!! Not being a regular Amazon customer, I was LIVID to find out that I missed my return opportunity when I finally had a chance to initiate a return today. I would be a much happier customer if I can get a product that actually works or a refund. $170 is not chump change 😡.

It gives me energy and helps me with the inflammation in my knees and it relaxes me.
I had one of these machines years ago. Boy do I have stories to tell. Since I was the only one who had one I would detox people's feet with it. So, I'm not suggesting people use this to get better but, this is what happen. One day a lady that I knew did not go to dialysis and she was feeling terrible so someone suggested for me to do her feet until the next day she could get to dialysis. So I agreed. As the machine was doing her feet things were going as normal the water started turning colors. About 20 minutes into the session the water started to rise a little and the water started smelling like urine. I was mystified because that had never happen before. After the session was over she felt better. My last story out of many, was my aunt had cancer at the time. I did her feet 2 days after her chemotherapy session. She went back to the doctor the next week to get blood work to see how she was doing with the chemo and her cancer cell numbers went down dramatically and she did not have any symptoms from the chemo. The doctor was astounded and wanted to know what she was doing. She told him she got her feet done. He didn't understand what she was talking about but told her to keep doing what she was doing. It's not a cure but, it seemed to have helped.

dont use tap water
I love this item! Although the first time i used it, i used water straight from the faucet. It definately affected the results because of the metals in my water/well. So the next time i bought some purified water and used it. The results were much more transleucent than the first test. First test was very dense but the 2nd seemed much more likely. Easy to use. Only complaint would be that there is no instructions for using the FAR waist belt that comes with it. So you don't know if you should use that at the same time or separately. Overall i would recommend this product.

It does NOT do what it says it does. BUT... I got a refund.
Such a rip off. I did an experiment where I set it up as the directions state except one thing... I just put one tiny part of my heal in the water both without and with salt. I watched where the ickiness came from, and it only happened when there was salt in the water and at a certain temperature. Let me be clear: THAT GUNK DOES NOT COME OUT OF YOUR BODY/FEET; it is a chemical reaction with the device that is in the water, the water and the salt. It will send electricity through your body, but it does not pull toxins out of your feet. UPDATE... after the company saw my review, I received a nice message from them, and a refund of my money without even asking. That was very nice, thank you!
