This cargo net couldn't be better! Here's how to install:2 L/R hooks on the net bottom attach to left/right anchors in floor in front of rear hatch.Top right -- tie paracord length to right net loop at top and to hook on right side of X3 trunk wall. Make this connection length adjustable to accomodate various cargo sizes.Top left -- tie paracord length to left net loop at top and to rear seat headrest outboard extension post. Make this connection length adjustable to accomodate various cargo sizes.Use your choice of knots or bowline at net and midshipman's hitch w/ loops. Or your choice of tensioner device if you can't tie knots.Paracord is my perference. You can use your shoelaces if you want.

This product fits perfectly on a 2022 BMW X3. Great quality product.

Heads up. Despite claims, and Amazon stating so, this does not fit in the rear compartment of my 2023 (G01) X3. There is nowhere to attach the net on both sides. Not willing to drive holes through the walls…Great quality net, but forced to return it.

Update: knocking off a few stars due to the quality. One of the plastic hooks/latches broke during light use. Product is pretty much unusable at this point and I will go with a cheaper universal fit one for half the price as a replacement. Fit my 2021 X3 (G01) perfectly. Solid construction and holding up to daily use. Recommend.

Purchased this for the cargo area of my 2021 X3 xDrive. Took a few seconds to install using the hooks and metal runners. Looks like it'll work exactly as described. I haven't used it yet so I can't speak to its quality or reliability but seems like it should work fine. I haven't seen an actual OEM part so I can't compare this but for around $20 it seems like a good deal.

I have a 21 x3 30e and because of the battery don't have those metal runners. I also only have a hook on the passenger side. I should've paid more attention to my truck before I ordered. I use the bars for the latch system on the back seats so it's very loose and small things fall out.

This fits my X3 xDrive 20i quite nicely. I have seen previous reviews that the clips are plasticly & not well made, this is not an issue for me as I am using carabiner hooks.
