This book is packed with case studies of global, national, and local brands that have succeeded or not at harnessing the power of emotion. The only thing I didn't like about the book was the occasional speculations made about which company may succeed vs fail. Otherwise, I enjoyed this book.

Such a great read! So many awesome takeaways and useful nuggets for anyone who might be starting out in their career, to a small business owner, freelancer, start-up employee, or big company project manager. Even the sections on emotion alone will make you think deeply about how you treat all people in every aspect of your life and how emotional intelligence will help us all to better understand each other.

Much needed insight into the professional workplace. This book is the key to unlocking effective communication and building genuine relationships.
