It's like wasting money on these dals. Not much difference in taste or quality as we find in local stores which are way cheaper. Patanjali dals are cheaper and better than these.

Good product, takes 20 minutes to cook after soaking it in water for 30 minutes. It is delicious added to salads. I also make vegetarian bolognese sauce with it.
