I know “the studies” say that DHA is supposed to be good for acne, but they also say that in some ppl acne was increased. I guess I’m “some ppl”. I eat a very regular diet based off of carnivore + Dr. Ray Peat and don’t eat junk food or fast food. This was the only supplement I added to my regular rotation, and I started taking them in the first third of my cycle meaning it’s not likely we can blame it on “hormones” once anyone sees that I’m female.I am allergic to eggs and react in the very same way as I have to this product — so that’s pretty much the answer right there isn’t it. I should have connected the dots, but I didn’t until three days into cystic acne on my face from out of the blue. Womp womp. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
