Effective
Fabulous topical for scrapes and cuts. Everything heals nicely, even on my problem child gelding.

It’s working
My dog had a lypoma that became infected & turned into a pyoderma. I tried the usual antibacterial antiseptic wipes & sprays. And nothing was helping. But this ointment not only acts as antiseptic, it dries into a protective barrier, depending on how thick you apply it onto your pet. It’s not an instant fix, but it’s helped get the infection under control. You just need to be diligent & apply a fresh clean coat of this stuff every day. It’s worked better than anything else I’ve tried.

But otherwise amazing!
My dog was getting black crusts on her ear tips for over a year that even led to some ear loss. We worked with the vet to try both oral and topical antibiotics and antifungal treatments. In desperation, I tried this, and it worked. Her ears are virtually healed. I do agree with prior reviewer that we could do without the perfume. But otherwise amazing!

love this ointment, works great for wounds of different kinds (burns, bites, scrapes etc), promotes quick healing, not oily or smelly, can be used on covered or uncovered wounds without making a huge mess

Touch strong on the scents.
We use this for hotspot treatment on our dogs. The first one we purchased, and misplaced in the house, worked wonders. This one works as well, but for some reason seems to have more of a perfume smell to it that we do not like.

This is a great alternative to liquid treatments which run off more quickly.
I had been using the spray but like this as an alternative as well.

I keep this stocked!
Absolutely something I keep on hand, especially with a horse that likes to get hurt as much as mine does! Also helps of you are as injury prone as I am...This is always stocked in my horse, dog, and human first aid kits!
