Excellent quality and features without needing a subscription. Very happy recommended
I have owned many indoor cameras and these rate as one of the best. The picture quality is detailed and sharp and being wired can be used 24/7. Alternatively you can set up a recording schedule. As standalone cameras they have nice features which are available without subscription unlike other brands. One of the most useful of these is the picture notification when motion is detected, which can be disabled if preferred. There are various settings to adjust the video and audio streaming or recorded quality. You can set up activity zones for motion detection and there is also audio detection which is great for those with babies. Pet command allows you to customise a message to be broadcast on the camera speaker if a pet is detected. Most importantly I found the motion detection to be very reliable and the notifications arrived very quickly. I own a homebase 3 unit and there is an option to connect the cameras to the homebase unit so videos are saved on the homebase rather than the micro SD card. Unfortunately these indoor cams currently dont seem to be able to use the homebase 3 AI face detection features. I have owned a pair of these cameras for several years and they are still going strong. Highly recommended

Fantastic equipment
This was a bit of a test buy to see how the eufy cameras and app work. This little camera is fabulous for the price and the app works great, I will say you have to expect it to take a few moments for the app to refresh when you go into it to observe the camera especially when you are away from home but it is only a few seconds. We are so impressed with it that we have decided to go the whole hog and have purchased 2 of the new S4 cameras and the S380 homepage.

Cheap Homekit camera, shame about the mandatory app
+ good image quality + once it's set up on Apple Home it does just work and continue to work + really good Wifi antenna with a very decent range + IR floodlight for night vision - terrible bloatware app larger than Windows XP that you have to use, that won't work without an account you have to have, that wants to confirm your email address and try to sell you a cloud subscription, that you can't add the camera to Apple Home without - won't look straight forwards or fit against a wall because the charging port is in the back, and the charging port is microUSB, and the plug isn't right-angled. It has to look ~10° left, right, or down otherwise the cable gets crushed by the mount All-in-all, it probably is worth twice the price of a Tapo that doesn't have an IR illuminator and doesn't have native Homekit support. The app and general setup experience is awful, but it only needs to be run once and can be deleted afterwards.

Good all round camera
My house has many Xiaomi Xiaofang cameras around the house. One decided to breakdown so it needed replacing. Xiaomi are restricting Chinese products to be used here so buying another one was no longer an option. The toss up was between this and the TP-Link Tapo camera. But decided to go for this based on being a Eufy product and 20% off at the moment so the price was similar. The image quality of this camera blows my Xiaomi camera out of the water. It is really clean and crisp. I wanted a camera with a micro sd card slot for local recording and this does this with no problems. The motion detection can be set up as areas (Similar to ring) which is handy and the AI recognises faces so takes a pic to put near the video as a thumbnail image which is a nice touch. Also has cloud options and can be linked to Apple Homkit to use iCloud, which I have yet to try. This doesn’t require a hub and set up was a breeze. In the box you get a usb wall charger and mounting kit which is really handy. The camera is powered using a micro usb cable and I have used a socket usb which is enough power for the camera so it doesn’t use a space for a plug. There is an option for 24/7 recording (local storage only) but this records at 1080p. Overall, the features this camera has and the ease at which it is to set up and operate makes it a definite choice for me. Just need to wait for the other camera to die so I can replace them all with these.

Well worth the price, protection for minimal outlay
I'm in the process of upgrading my cameras for home security and having previously bought D-Link, I was initially tempted to carry on with them until I worked out how much it would cost! I started looking for alternatives and came across Eufy. After many hours of watching YouTube reviews, I could see that on a "bang for buck" rating, these were very good. I found this camera on Amazon for £37.99 and there was a 20% discount available so I thought for £30ish, I'd give it a go. Best £30ish I've spent in a while! I really like the easy of set-up and use of this camera. Literally, download the app, follow the install, camera working. The added bonus is that you can use the camera with Apple Homekit, although in Homekit, not all functions are available. The camera has a mic and speaker so you can talk directly to the person at the other end. There is clever AI which can tell the difference between a person, pet or other motion. You can mount it upside down and in the app rotate the image and get notification of any triggers to the camera. There is also an option to have pet commands should you want to stop fido or the kids jumping on the sofa. I'm now looking to add more of the Eufy cameras to my property and will be pleased to do so. You do need to purchase a separate microSD for the camera, but if you factor into the price that you can get a 64GB class 10 Sandisk card for less than £10, it's mean I have a good quality camera set-up for £40 with features you'd expect to pay double that for!

The camera works well and good size to have it on the wall.

For the price, this is an excellent camera. Resolution of the video is good and HomeKit integration works well. There is only one caveat to HomeKit, that live video does not work when your off your local wifi network. But this is an issue with Etisalat and Du who are blocking the network protocol that streams the live video outside your home, hopefully they will resolve it soon. The workaround is to view recorded video in HomeKit which works perfectly or to use the Eufy app. For the price and HomeKit secure video integration, I strongly recommend this camera.

I’m primarily using this for baby monitor. It can be used for other house applications as well. I really liked it. Full of features.

Good product Wasy to install and good resolution It is a loss that sim should be attached to cam Would be a plus if it could same footage on external drive
