Wheels for a Drive walker fit perfectly. Easy to replace. Now the walker is like new again

My Mom has a Rollator Drive HX5 9JP. These 2 wheels were half as expensive as others that I found. One of the old wheel bearings came apart. The new wheels fit perfectly. The spindle thickness is not 50 mm. It is more like 35 mm. A perfect fit. I needed a T30 star bit and 1/2 inch wrench to take off the old hardware. The old bolt was 2 1/2 inches long. The new bolt was 3 1/4 inch long. It also came with a lock nut and some bushings. I just used the old hardware to install the new wheel so that it wouldn't stick out so far. It just took a short time to reinstall. If you don't have a T30, perhaps a pair of pliers could be used to keep the old head from spinning to take off the old wheel. Now we have a spare wheel if another bearing comes apart. The only difference between the old and new wheels seems to be the number of spokes. Recommend.

I replaced the wheels on my Drive folding walker with these. The original wheels, although claimed to be rubber, were as hard as rock and leaving streaks on my slate floors. These include a longer axel and that was needed to attach them. They are smoother and quieter than the original wheels and so far have not marred my floors. Just what I was looking for. I lowered the rating to 4* since the bearing went out in 8,5 months. These wheels REALLY ARE RUBBER and not plastic like most are even if they advertise as rubber. My tile floors were very happy with these. They did not scratch the floor at all. Previous wheels were called rubber but really scratched floor - they looked and felt like plastic. I am happy enough with these that I am rebuying them even if the bearings don't last a long time.

The Ball Bearings started to fall out all over the floor, the wheel went crocked, and it was nearly impossible to move. WHAT DO I DO NOW????? IS THERE A WARRANTEE ON THESE WHEELS? CAN YOU REPLACE THEM.? PLEASE ADVISE ASAP. THANK YOU STEVE CAN YOU SEND ME A REFUND? I AM AFFRAID ANY REPLACEMEMENT WOULD FALL APART TOO.
