Heart pumping scenes!
This book is heart pumping, hair raising, and a bit funny. This book is about 6 kids who can fly they are Max, Fang, Iggy, Gazzy,and Angel who are trying to escape these people called erasers.Max is the eldest she is the leader.Fang is the second oldest.These books are action packed.This book also has some kissing scenes. Iggy is blind but makes good bombs. Gazzy’s name means fart.Our last character is Angel who has some cool powers. I hope you liked this book because I did.I rate this book 5 out of five.

This is a great continuation of the previous manga in which I loved it and its play out. I Ioved these manga.

Very short...still enjoyable.
I've been reading the novels and manga for a while and volume 9 is really short compared to the others. I finished it in 30 minutes. Also, the character from the cover isn't really in this volume...I really wanted his character to be introduced to the flock. Story is still enjoyable and some major character development. Story seemed a little rushed. Will I buy volume 10? Absolutely? Would I recommend this to anyone? Yes, especially those that love the series. Can't wait for volume 10!

Thank you for all these amazing books I love them so much there like I'm walking around through the adventure with Max and Nuge and Gassy and all the other characters and I can not wait to read the next one!
What I like about this series is it hat it's unique loving special there's drama and finally there is a perfect mystery that is just addicting!!!

Only one star - and that's for the print quality of the paperback. The rest deserved no stars at all. I have the first 8 volumes of this series, and waited over a year for this 9th volume to find out what happened next. I was sorely disappointed because the story didn't move forward at all! Just a repetition of the idea that the flock is physically stronger than humans (which we have already seen over EIGHT preceding volumes) and YET ANOTHER kidnapping (is that the only disaster can come up with?) I liked the series until now, but after this volume I've lost interest and patience with the series. It wasn't worth the wait. In fact, it wasn't even worth the paper it was printed on.

Whilst the wait for these books to be finished sucks the actual art style and story itself is gorgeous, following the chapters of the original book I find myself enjoying the comic far more than the book- I have only read the last book. I love the character designs and the drama, which are captivated accurately by the gorgeous artwork. Definitely a must buy for any graphic novel fan.

My younger brother really enjoyed this volume and it's one of his favourite maximum ride books. It arrived a lot quicker than volume 6 in really good condition.
