Plugable USB 3.0 and USB-C Universal Laptop Docking Station with 2 HDMI Ports for Windows, Mac, and ChromeOS (Gigabit Ethernet, Audio)

I bought this dual HDMI display docking station for my home office, as well as the cables needed for my monitors. When I got it all connected, I was not able to get the monitors to work. My wireless keyboard & mouse (USB dongle in the docking station) worked fine, but no monitors. I reached to Pluggable Support via email on a Sunday, and they got back to me first thing the next day (Monday). Turns out they're located in the US! After a few emails back/forth asking me to try a couple of things, and having me run their debugging program, they figured out that I did not have the correct cables between the docking station & my monitors. It was an easy fix, but I'm not "techy" and without their support I probably wouldn't have figured it out, and would have ended up returning the product. It's nice to find a good product that is reasonably priced, but when it comes with great customer/technical support, the value goes way up. Located in the US, very quick to respond, and super helpful. 5 stars & highly recommended.

Great product and relatively easy to use. Meets my functionality needs to work with PCs and MacBooks, support for 2 HDMI monitors, and devices requiring USB ports. For PC it's easy. No addition software needed. For MacBooks, you need to download and install the appropriate DisplayLink driver for your version of MacOS. It's a free driver, and only takes a minute or 2 to install. Nice build. The description of this product said it does not supply power to charge host PC. So I can't take any stars away for that. I don't believe there are any docking stations that charge the host pc at this price point. Gotta spend close to double for that feature.

Has multiple connections as the description states ..I run three screens,laptop and two monitors..one is older so it needed a vga to hdmi ..the other monitor was newer..also using a spot for my mouse and keyboard..oh and my phone lolPlenty of connections ..running great ..plug and play!

I love that I can switch between my home office and business office so easily. Everything installed quickly and flawlessly!! Will definitely be purchasing again when my home office docking station needs an upgrade!

the hdmi ports did not recognize my monitor so i used another adapter and it worked fine

If you find yourself on the fence between this product and a cheaper undo/usbc product—believe it’s worth the money and the time you will save.I wasted so much time and money on all kinds of USB 3.0 to HMDi, USB-c, hdmi to usb-c etc. Not of then ever provided the extending capabilities I had been looking for a dual monitor work set-up. The best I got after spending a lot of money on an anker adapter was mirroring to capabilities (same image on both monitors).Eventually I figured my laptop (hp pavilion still running windows 10) simply couldn’t extend to two monitors. I casually ran into this product from an old hop forum and decided to give a shot. Installed the drivers before the product arrived as I didn’t want to leave room for errors on my end. When it came in all I did was plug my monitos in—and finally got the what I have been looking for. Wish I had known of these products sooner.
