For team building and cooperation scrum is a good choice, we are using it in our final semester project to get better quality of our final product, as novice with scrum this book helped me to implement it and to use it.

This book tells Scrum Masters where to start and describes what a good Scrum Master looks like in multiple situations. It also goes on to describe the difference between a good Scrum Master and what separates them from good and great. It teaches them how to take their skills to the next level in order to build higher performing teams and organizations.

Es un buen libro para entender la metodología aunque me parece que podía ser un poco más dinámico y poner algunos ejemplos prácticos.

Good overview, but lacks some detail on estimating techniques. (i.e. Card system, bucket system, ect. If your not familiar with these, you have to look up elsewhere.

This book was a simple and charming read at each page.This book talks about what precisely Scrum is, the procedure behind utilizing it, and how it can encourage me and my business. This book is extremely useful and given me the majority of the instruments I have to accomplish my objectives whatever they might be. This book is depicted in the straightforward dialect and straightforward.

I appreciate things that are detailed informative, but don’t waste the most valuable asset in the world, which is time. Quick, clear, and straight to the point on what is scrum and how best to use it.

Nothing here you can’t get from the scrum guide. Also includes some misleading information especially on team stages of development

In some points it is very superficial and in others it uses concepts that are too advance for the reader, so it is not correctly adjusted for either people that already understand SCRUM nor for people new to the concept. And some of the concepts are explain in a way that doesn't translate to the actual implementation of them (Like the estimation tools)

This is a mist read for project head or leads or managers, this will help in managing the project and teams in most effective way.The book could have given some overview on scrum integration with the existing conventional business.

Es un libro que tiene de manera muy ordenada todos los elementos, conceptos y herramientas para utilizar SCRUM.Fue realmente placentero leerlo y propiciar su aplicación.

L’auteur ne fait qu’une description d’un processus de management de projet. Pour ceux qui ont déjà une expérience projet, ils n’y trouverons pas grand chose. Ce livre doit être pris comme outil de compréhension du Scrum qui n’est qu’un « label ». C’est un peu dur vendu. Le prix est trop élevé pour 50 pages d’initiation et rien de plus.

It was not what I had expected for a beginner’s guide. Not a very fluid text. Looking for another source.
