Better than I could have asked for!!!
This product is amazing. I drive a Audi A4 and the little antenna in the back would make it difficult to put any board on the roof with the FCS single rack. So I decided to get the double rack and I was far from disappointed as it fit perfectly on the roof and the boards missed the antenna.I wasn’t sure which roof mounting system to go with but with FCS being a reputable brand, I gave this one a go and I was doing 80mph from Arizona to California without a problem. The boards stayed tight on the roof and even without twisting the straps, I did not have much annoying vibrations on the drive. We took 3 boards with us but it says it holds up to 6 and I would completely trust that. The D ring setup is unmatched.Only disclaimer is that you will put an indent into the rails of a foam board (or any board if strapped to tight) so I would recommend getting something to protect the rails of the board. We split open some pool noodles and it worked just fine. Hope this helps.

Excellent Soft Racks
Bought for my daughter and she loves them... They're easy to install and especially tighten, hold the boards securely and pack away nicely when not in use. Both the materials and construction appear to be of high quality and I expect that they'll last many years.

Leaks in the rain
We bought these for a three month trip through Costa Rica. They are great in being easy on, easy off and sturdy on the highway. The only problem is when it rains and in Costa Rica during the wet season it rains a lot, they leak really badly. We tried adding plastic bags wrapped around the straps where they go over the door insulation, napkins, rags, etc, etc, but nothing has worked. All we could do was let it rain on us inside the car and run the AC to help dry out the interior. We also never leave the racks on if the boards are not on the car. If somebody has found a solution please let us know! They are great racks, but....

Water damage inside
Be careful, the straps let in water during rainfall and can damage the interior of your car.
