Good variety of new-to-me colors, an abundance of mica gives the shiny metallic look. This is the first I had heard of Tinge brand, and was surprised by the quality. The paints all come wrapped in their labels, you unwrap them and replace them into the half pans. The large metal tin has a quality feel, in fact, you might pay nearly the same price elsewhere for the pallet without the paint! I thought by the photos that the inside of the tin would be white, but mine is not - it is the same lavender color on the inside as the outside.The names of the paints do not all make sense to me, but just chalk that up to cultural differences of interpretation.This paint was purchased to give the control of watercolor painting on figurines and other household items. I first give the item a thin coat of watercolor ground, then I have a surface that will accept watercolor. You can achieve so many colors and shades for a fraction of the investment other mediums would cost. Finish off with a spray of acrylic sealer with UV protection.Doubtful these are for professionals, but hobbyists and beginners will enjoy them.

A few words about me, age 67 only been color pencil coloring 6-months my pencil tool kit includes the top 6 full color pencil sets available on the market. I have never watercolored anything but have a complete set of Schmickle, Winsor & Newton and a few lesser costly watercolor sets. As for glitter my tools are the 12 color limited edition of Schmickle 2020 glitter set, Paul Ruben 36 glitter set, my favorite is a set I got off eBay called Bee's Wing 36 set of the finest handmade/mixed/poured glitter waters ever and again 2-3 less costly glitter sets including "SUPERIOR" which like all the others I have swatched as you can see in the uploaded pic's the numbers to the right are on a 1-5 scale of reflective opacity of each color. The 40 colors are a steal at the asking price, the packaging is a 5 and most of the colors are a 4 on the 1-5 scale. The only negative is 50% of the 1/2 pans are only 35-65% full it takes two complete sets to equal 1 set hope the picture I uploaded shows this oh yea there are air pockets, so some that look full might not be.

The media could not be loaded.  I actually bought these thinking they were something else, so when I got them I opened them and thought they were going to be super cheap. I watched them, and though some of the colors are not great, and they don't really have a very good silver, they are pretty good! Especially their golds! The best I have used, actually!

These watercolors are amazing they are the most beautiful metallic watercolors I own plus there not very expensive and you get a beautiful lavender tin they are beautiful on both black and white and there very unique these are by far the best watercolors I own and I love them I even have the coliro metallic watercolors and there so much more expensive for far less watercolors and there just as good quality you just need to put a little more layers to make it really stand out but so do the expensive metallic watercolor

An amazing experience! The seller is prompt and shipping is fast. Safe packaging, the square pigment is intact and undamaged. The glisten gritty pearl colours are definitely rich, and shiny housed in cute sizes. The transparency and ease of use of these pigments show that there is virtually no additional glue and sufficient toners. The glisten gritty can be embellished on my paint and the pure golden colour looks just like metal. Elegant and granny chic! Ideal price, perfect products, inspiring my creativity.

Love love love these colors, and all the extras this comes with. Beautiful colors! I love the color cards, so helpful when working on a project, the water pens are great quality.

This is more of a metallic with a little glitter. But great colors easyTo use.For high glitter I would try Sakura jelly rolls stardust line. They don’t dry up fast I’ve had mine for years and they’re perfect. But these work very well

I have only used these paints once so far. I love the array of different colors and the price is very nice.
