Works flawlessly and easy to pare headphone
Have an older TV does not have bluetooth connectivity. This item was easy to hook up to TV by optical plug. Pairing Bose headphone was simple and ready to use in a short time. Bought headphones for wife so she can control volume and hear better without having volume on TV up so high. Great little product seems to be rugged. Velcro to back of TV so out of sight. No issues yet. Fast connection. A good add on if you do not have bluetooth connection capeabilities. Worth the price

Nice bluetooth adapter
This bluetooth adapter enables me to broadcast the sound from my Sony TV to my desktop Bose Soundlink Flex Portable Speaker 2. This was purchased to replace an older version of the same adapter that had finally failed. The replacement is physically identical to the older version but must have updated firmware as it works with a TV that the older version failed to connect to. Very pleased with the connectivity & the sound quality. I am able to control the sound with my Comcast broadband remote, my Sony TV remote or my Apple TV remote. Nice touch.

Great solution for hearing impaired or overall sound reduction around the house.
This is the best audio to bluetooth interface I have found. It is not the cheapest, but it is the most versatile. I use this for a lot of listening as it does not bother others in the house and my hearing is down a bit with age. Even using low cost, but name brand headphones, brings the sound right to my ears and work very well without hearing aids. I like the support for 2 headphones useful as I can keep a backup charged headphone handy when the current headphone in use runs down. The bluetooth syncing is very smooth with this device. I have 2 units for different TV's in the home. I use one set and my wife uses the other. I have older TV's(8+ years) that don't have bluetooth built in. The TV's work well and no need to replace as I get at least 1920 x 1080 on every thing. I tried cheap interfaces out of China, but they just don't work as well. One of my 9 year old units started having issues and I had to replace it. I bought a replacement MEE unit as I knew I could trust its performance. With this setup, I can run the volume as loud as I like. I definitely recommend this for seniors. For reference, I use JBL 510BT on-ear headphones, as you can sometimes find them for under $30 on sale and I use a number of units.

Not for streaming to hearing aids with TV speaker also on
First off, this product worked very well with Kirkland hearing aids. Set up was effortless (Optical out from TV) and the audio was good. A bit tinny but good. If you are alone and mute the TV speaker they will do what they are supposed to. The problem came when one person is listing to the TV (or other bluetooth speaker) and the other through hearing aids. There is a sound delay (echo) that rapidly becomes annoying. I tried hard to adjust to it but in the end had to send it back. Again, a good product. If you were to use a headset that blocked out the TV speaker or muted the TV speaker they would work fine.

It does one job well, not any others.
I am beginning to really hate Bluetooth all over again. Now I remember why I hated it years ago. Things just never change. This device does work with shortening your delay. BT from an audio device does not matter with lag, but I use my Nvidia Shield for a few things. Netflix/Hulu/Plex/YouTube, yadda yadda all work fine without this device. Streaming Steam games from my gaming computer causes a massive lag from my shield to both of my BT cans. This device actually works with that delay. There still is a very small delay, but close enough not to bother me all too much for bedroom night time gaming. What I really hate about this device, and all other Bluetooth devices, is that you have to re-pair your cans EVERY time it shuts off. I have also found that during the pairing process I have to go through each time I want to use my cans, I have to manually shut off my Shield because this device turns it on and interrupts the signal to my cans. This process takes me about a good 5 min just to get ready to relax and lay down at night, and also prevents me from keeping this device hidden behind my TV. This is about a $10, dollar store item, and charging between $50-$60 is a ripoff.

Works with AirPods!!
I bought this in 2016, to use with my TV. I wanted to be able to use headphones with the TV via BT, so I wouldn't disturb anyone else. Nothing too fancy about that trick, and it worked fine using the optical output from my TV as the input to the transmitter. I am writing this review 3 years later in 2019 because now I am impressed. The transmitter has been sitting in my drawer for a few years because I no longer needed it for what I bought it for. But I am getting ready to take flight and I wanted to see if I could use it to let my wife and I watch a movie on the iPad, with both of us using wireless headphones. I decided to experiment and see if I could make it work OK. I just got the 2nd generation Apple AirPods and I wanted to see if they would work with this transmitter. They do!! Not only do they work, but I experienced no latency, at all, with the AirPods connected as the "A" device, and a pair of cheap ($30) BT headphones as the "B" device. I got no latency at all when watching a Netflix movie on a 2017 iPad. When I listened with an AirPod in one ear, and one of the headphone ear units on the other ear, the sound was delivered to both devices at the same time, and in sync with the image on the screen. Very impressive!!! I was about to buy a newer BT 5.0 based transmitter, but that little test showed me that I didn't have to. My configuration was as follows: 1). 2017 iPad Pro via headphones cable to this BT transmitter 2). AirPods connected via BT as the "A" device on the transmitter 3). $30 BT headphones connected via BT as the "B" device on the transmitter 4). Netflix movie playing the movie on the iPad Both the AirPods and the headphones connected to the transmitter easily and painlessly, in a very straight forward fashion. I can't comment on the battery life of the transmitter, since I have not used it that way yet. I also don't think the transmitter has any kind of noise cancellation feature, so I'm not sure why that is even a ratable item for this review, but I gave it max stars since everything else works great. This device costs more than cheaper ones out there - and maybe they are just as good I really don't know. But I already had the money spent on this one, and despite a newer BT standard being available, and despite newer low-latency technology being available, this 3 year old device works like a charm. I am very impressed. Someone knew what they were doing when they designed this thing.

Pros: It's hassle free connectivity to my QC 35 headphone and Bose soundtouch system is amazing. Cons: Gives sound lag with TV. If TV Sound is off you can't find any lip lag.

Few Bluetooth audio transmitters support pairing two headphones, fewer yet support an optical toslink port, and even fewer include a built in rechargeable battery! We have several TVs, all with optical toslink audio pass through. With so much noise pollution around the house decided to try wireless Bluetooth headphones, we found Bluedio T3+ headphones to be durable and a great value and ended up buying 8. However, we also wanted to pair our new headphones with our TVs. After carefully comparing various options, although on the pricey side, the Mee Audio Connect was the only device we found that supports optical toslink and the ability to pair two headphones. Pros: Quick and easy pairing, pairs two bluetooth devices, built in rechargeable battery (maybe useful if used in a car, etc), supports analog and optical toslink audio, includes analog, optical, and USB charging cable. Just need to supply a standard USB-A charging source. Cons: Pricey, but at least looks and performs like a premium build and packaged product, no volume control. One con which I can't really blame the transmitter, is the audio pass through to the headphones is LOUD. Highly recommend you use Bluetooth headphones that have full volume control starting from 0. Hopefully, the next version includes volume control.
