I was skeptical when I read a couple of reviews that this product arrived in a plastic bag instead of the container but I needed the celery flakes and placed the order. To my surprise, the celery flakes arrived in the container as shown. And the product is excellent!

I like to add celery to many dishes but the fresh celery I buy takes up so much space and goes bad before I use it all. Now, with this dry celery, both of those issues are solved and I have a huge amount of high quality dried celery to use instead.
