Great value for the money
The product was on backorder, but it still came a little bit a head of schedule. The Raspberry Pi has been a great value for money, delivering a good desktop experience, and since it runs a version of Debian Linux, you can install all sorts of server software on it, like Apache, SQL etc. This is a great jump -- the 3b came with only 1 GB of memory, but the 4B comes with four, which delivers desktop class performance for well under $100, not to mention that it now has a gigabit ethernet interface instead of the 300 MBP one on the previous 3b model. This kit comes with everything you need: the Raspberry Pi 4B with either 1, 2 or four GB or RAM (I got the 4), the official Raspberry Pi USBC power supply, the official Raspberry Pi case, 4 heat sinks (which you will need, since the board will get very hot, especially if you keep it on 24 hours a day like I do), a quick start guide (who needs that) and a micro HDMI to HDMI adapter, allowing you to connect it to your TV or HDMI display using any HDMI cable you may have around the house (you have them, don't you?).Would definitely recommend.

Very good entry level kit
I'm running my pi 24x7 as a ubiquiti network controller. It's mounted in the basement next to my network switch and I use putty to remotely manage and update the software. For my application this kit was the lowest cost I could find and has worked perfectly. One thing you're going to want to pay attention to with this kit is the power cord. There is no in line power switch, which isn't a problem for my application, but it may be annoying for others.

Good product if you know what you are purchasing this for.
This is not an all-purpose Raspberry Pi case. It does not provide easy access to the GPIO pins or camera headers through the case. If you are using the cpu for intensive tasks, the unit will likely overheat since there are no ventilation holes either. As a tinker, I knew this going in so I don't mind - drilling out plastic cases when needed is fun and easy! :)Vilros provided some basic documentation ( so basic that there is no actual mention of their case ).There are trade-offs between having an HDMI adapter rather than a cable. There is room for improvement but overall, I think this will work out for me.

Significant upgrade
Having USB3 is a significant upgrade, works very well as a NAS, the bottleneck now is the gigabit LAN. A minor glitch I had with this purchase: at the time of order the kit contained single CPU heatsink. It was changed shortly after to three heatsinks, so when I received the order and compared it to the WEB photos I thought that two heatsinks are missing. Colors were kind to offer a refund for the heatsinks which I didn’t take and eventually got the heatsinks from another source. So are the additional heatsinks really needed? If not, then why were they offered soon after launch? Bottom line: works well.

Mighty power in such a small format
I have a Raspberry Pi 3b+ running Rasplex, works great. I wanted to get another Raspberry Pi to run Pi Hole so I picked this up to see how the 4 runs. It's just as good, and yes, overkill for Pi Hole. ;)My only caveat is that it uses micro-HDMI so you need an adapter to plug in a display cable which is a pain but this kit already includes one which is great! Also, it's a minor nitpick for me since I'm running the unit headless.

Stop working after about one month
I was going out for a few weeks, and I placed it on the table. After I came back, it is not working anymore, I tried to replace a new micro HDMI/HDMI adaptor, nothing happened(the monitor is working for sure, I tested the HDMI cable with the monitor and my laptop).
