Amazing product. Bought one tentatively then bought another for my second COVID shot. Storing them in the fridge makes for a nice actually cold patch but even without it being cold it’s effective.

I have used this type of stick on cooling gel pad for many years. I keep them in the fridge, always ready. They stick well, even over slightly hairy areas such as your leg, but do not work on areas with long hair, such as the top of your head. Being individually wrapped is great to keep them from drying out because once they are dry they don't work at all. They can be cut to size if needed, just be sure to put the unused part back in the wrapper and fold to seal.

We got these for a small child in a carseat who still nurses due to hot weather in FL. When we received and read over all fine print it stated (Forbidden if pregnant or nursing) so if it's bad for nursing parents there was no way we were going to use it on our child!There are other brands that don't contain the same harsh ingredients that are safe. Beware of cute child safe looking advertising it's not always safe.

If I knew these existed sooner, my older son could have REALLY benefited from having these. He had quite a few nightly fevers last year and we kept running back and forth all night, replacing wet paper towels on his head as the ones he had on would warm up with his hot forehead. If we had just one of these amazing miracle patches, it would have been a game changer for us all. No more night runs and fever gone by morning. It sticks onto the head which is great too, it won't move even if baby does. The one thing you have to consider is if your kiddo is awake while you have this on them, it's got a strong minty consistency and if they touch it and then their eyes, its gonna hurt em a bit. So only use at night when they're sleeping.

I really like them. It helps a lot with my migraine headaches. I have been using them for years now, and I will definitely keep them using them.

For headaches this is perfect and if you have a fever helps ease the pain

I would not buy these again. These stuck to my son’s skin and I could not get the sticky gunk off with a wipe or warm water took forever to wipe clean and then my sons skin was bright red from me rubbing his skin trying to get the sticky gunk off. I only had it on for 5 minutes. Would not buy again.
